To explain what I mean, I'll make an example. In it, each of us has two armies and one base. Hito has... well, Hito. This, of course, will be different for the actual setting, with some of us having more armies or units than others. (I will be having two armies and one separate unit for instance).
Here's our roster:
CJ Army 1 CJ Army 2 Hito Kuro Army 1 Kuro Army 2 Ky Army 1 Ky Army 2 Mise Army 1 Mise Army 2 Shark Army 1 Shark Army 2 Shark 2 Army 1 Shark 2 Army 2
Locations:
CJ's Coney Island Disco Palace Kurptham City Khailand Misendell Sharktopia Dumb Second City for Shark
I then placed the roster into a randomizer that puts the units into different categories. The locations were also randomized so the battles would take place in the top three locations that came out.
1. Dumb Second City for Shark
CJ Army 1 Shark 2 Army 2 Shark Army 1 Kuro Army 2
2. Sharktopia
Hito Mise Army 2 Kuro Army 1 Shark 2 Army 1
3. Kurptham City
Shark Army 2 Mise Army 1 CJ Army 2 Ky Army 1 Ky Army 2
Whatever three people come out on top of each battle will then advance to a final battle. If for some reason both of Kuro's armies won, for example, they both would advance. Of course, some of the randomizer can be edited and manipulated. For example, the final battle can take place in Kurptham City.

That sounds reasonable, if we can keep the posting rate active, then I think this would be a simple solution.

Anyone besides Shark like this? If everyone agrees to it, I can get started on randomizing the three battles and seeing what we get.
Of course, I'd have to ask you guys to post your armies. I have two armies and one separate unit.
