OK so, a while back I worked at a certain arcade location where there was a big roll of blank receipt tape. It was supposed to be used to add up ticket numbers together when folks brought a lot of them to the redemption counter. Instead, I used it to doodle. First up is a little triad of characters for the OP RP. From left to right: The hooded cursed guy, a shipwrecked girl who may or may not show up (but most definitely will not show up until AFTER the Hyperion sinks because of things), and Eva in her quick change outfit and covered with what's left of her biggest fans. Note that these are NOT TO SCALE. Mugsy only stands at about 5 feet even, the girl in the jumpsuit is even shorter than that, and Eva is still taller than both of them. the sizes are mostly due to the constraints of the receipt tape; Mugsy and jumpsuit girl are both really skinny, but Eva's got a ton of curves. Second is a doodle of Lanx (no, I have not forgotten about that! I plan to work on it some more in the very near future...), a quick practice sketch of some random dude crouching down, and then a humanified version of Lanx because OBVIOUSLY ALL I'M GOOD AT IS DRAWING PEOPLE AND TURNING NON-PEOPLE CHARACTERS INTO PEOPLE. Finally, the rough draft design for Lanx's "Cthulu form." There's already a lot of things I plan to change on it, but it's always good to get the first ideas down so you can look at them objectively. That is all.

Oh holy crap I'm terrifying. And actually, seeing what Lanx would look like as a human helps me a lot. Thanks, ticky!
Also, it's a wonder that Lynwood didn't throw up in fear after seeing that hooded guy. That shit is freaky.

Now I'm depressed. Ticky, how were you able to make a film of such emotional depth?

The critics rave;
"Nothing short of a miracle..."
"...the finest film of all time..."
"...a gift..."
"Thank you tickyhead for making us believe again."

That was excellent. So excellent that I added to your reputation.
The one slight imperfection is that you misspelled "Saloon."

I did not make the saloon, that was made by my instructor. I made the female one-armed character and the brown building *next* to the saloon.
So yeah, being taught about a program I hate by a guy who can't even spell made me feel a whole lot better.

Here are some shitty camera-phone previews of the drawings so far. In the order I drew them: Birder Captain B And the titular L4N-X I messed with Lanx's fur pattern a little bit, supersized his ears and gave him more of a downturned nose and thicker chest, but I think I finally have him looking the way a snooty alien super cat should. I'll post the proper scans and eventual colors in the L4N-X thread.

Those are all wonderful though I can't understand for the life of me how you're able to get such good pictures with your phone.
I'm mad jelly.
