Main WebsiteTheme of the thread; --- Figured I'd make a thread why not. Anyone else own, play, or at least heard of this game? It's pretty cool, I like it. One of the few actual fighting games I've managed to play and get a hang of, usually all the combos and movement inputs are too complicated for me.

As well, part of the reason for making this thread, was because of the indiegogo that the development team created; igg.me/at/skullgirls-dlc/x/2518494Since the game more or less started independently, they've done some funding and charity work to garner development money and increase attention for the series. All in all, pretty cool stuff.

This game is hard to learn. Even the tutorial is a major challenge that my friend and I nearly burned ourselves out to complete.
But is it fun? Hell yes it is.
In a whole where sequels and unoriginal work reigns supreme, Lab Zero Games took it to themselves to make a truly unique game full of awesome characters and hilarious gameplay.
I play it locally with friends at school and you can always tell who hasn't play before when they freak out seeing Double's opener. It's a lot of great fun.
This campaign's awesome, not only for Squigly but to support Lab Zero. I would really like to see more original games like this so I'd like to see them succeed. It already looks like they're doing just that though. Hopefully we can see Big Band in there too. He looks so cool.
Who do you guys like to play? I main Ms. Fortune and a tag team combo of Peacock and Double.

I started out playing as Valentine because she was just really easy for me to learn, and though I don't play her as much anymore, I'd bet that she's still the best. All around just really easy to combo, good reach and a good mix of close and ranged attacks. Not to mention quite fast to boot.
As of late though I've swapped her out for Cerebella, who I've gotten really good at, even online. She was harder to learn than Valentine, but her abundance of grabs, unblockable attacks and invulnerable advances make her too good to pass up. I'm not sure about right now, but eventually I think she will replace Valentine as my main.
Conventionally when I play, I main cerebella with Peacock as a second, though only for her trigger support so she can come in and shoot since Cerebella has no ranged attacks.

On a separate but related note, I would sell my organs if it meant Annie was added to the roster.
