Name:Snake Luan Havey Gender: Male Age: 24 Birthday: June 8, XXXX Homeland: The Kingdom, Ravunya Height: 6’0’’ Weight: 176 lbs Build: Broad at the shoulders, well muscled. Hair: The rowdy prince’s dark green hair falls to his shoulders, sometimes tied into a tail to keep it out of his way. His bangs are traditionally swept to the side, where they stay usually partially concealing one of his eyes. Skin: A pleasant yet ruddy tan, proof of an active and difficult life spent mostly out in the gaze of the sun. Eye Color: Emerald. The pupils seem to contract and relax, fluctuating between human and reptilian. Blood Type: O Race: Human [Ravunyan][Lesser Demigod] Alliance: The Warrior Kingdom of Ravunya Personality: Snake Havey is a brash and callous individual. Dry and sarcastic, a true cynic of all the world’s so called “truths†and happenings. He trusts only that which his eyes can see, and what his flesh feels. Much like the many shedded skins of a snake however, the crown prince and former bounty hunter has a gentle and noble heart. Only by digging past the many tough barriers and scars that constitute his outward personality can one glimpse at the man who was born to be a king. Weapons: Luis, The Anaconda Whip – A traditional whip made of Ravunyan Godfern fibers. Naturally impervious to most elemental hazards such as fire, frost, or electricity, and also nearly indestructible. To make the mundane weapon more befitting the newly rediscovered crown prince’s status, the whip was remade, adorned with hundreds of small scales of the purest steel as to not interfere with the whip’s flexibility or tension. The hilt crafted from molded leather and fibers fits perfectly into Snake’s calloused palm and bears whirling designs of vipers and falcons. At the whip’s very tip is a steel snake’s head, acting as a bludgeon or Morningstar as to inflict even more serious damage to anything caught at the extreme end of the whip’s range. The snake’s head adornment also has a mechanism that allows the jaws to open and shut based on Snake’s manipulations of the whip and the handle, the fangs too are crafted of fine steel and can shut with enough force to cause minor damage and deformation to iron. This fine whip has also consumed the Hebi Hebi no Mi [Zoan] Model: Anaconda. Upon partial transformation the whip gains anywhere from twice to thrice its original length, a greater snap and power to its lashes, as well as the ability for some individual movement and action. Upon full transformation a giant anaconda clad in a suit of steel scales and sporting an ornate steel helm grows from the whip hilt, Luis the Anaconda Whip is more than capable of crushing steel girders to nothing in his immense coils and his Godfern fiber constitution coated in steel scales renders him extremely tough and difficult to meaningfully damage.
Standard Whip – A standard secondary whip with no decoration or modifications, also made of Ravunyan Godfern fibers.
The Royal Sabre – The ancestral weapon of former Ravunyan Kings and Sires that fell into Snake’s hands at a very young age. his signature saber, ornate in make - the hilt, elegantly bound with snake scales, the pommel fashioned in the manner of a silver lion, and the circular guard extending over the gripping fist. The blade, gleaming of its vicious nature, extends to about 3 feet. The blade itself is unusual, being that sabers are usually sharp on one end. However, to this particular blade, both side both sides are sharpened, allowing for swift consecutive attacks. Both sides also having a diamond finish, only adding to the sharpness. The blade seems to be an O Wazomono in quality, although the identity of the blade itself seems unknown. The blade it seems, is also possible of harming the non-physical and anything of spiritual origin or not of the physical plane.
Throwing Knives – A large collection of razor sharp throwing knives that Snake hides on his person. Utility purposes.
The Anderson Knife – A professionally crafted knife, good for throwing or for close quarter combat. What makes this knife different is its sturdiness and the generous diamond finish to the blade, making it capable of cutting or piercing just about anything, assuming the person wielding it has sufficient strength. This, Snake keeps in a holster close to his underneath his jacket.
Ship (if any): Any ship in the Ravunyan fleet is his if he so desires. Usually, a full manned and armed Ravunyan warship.
Abilities: (What sets your character apart from others? How do they fight or go about their daily life?)
Devil Fruit: Luis, The Anaconda Whip – Hebi Hebi no Mi Model: Anaconda
Rokushiki Ability: None Attack Names:
Cobra Crack: Snake's signature attack. Taking a whip and using his great skill, he performs a powerful whiplash. The strength of this technique continues to grow along with Snake, being capable of blowing open the hulls of ships, blasting apart buildings, and destroying steel. Also seems capable of firing an air-based projectile at the crack of the whip.
Pressure Python: One of Snake's other key attacks. When near his opponent or above them. He uses Luis and ensnares the opponent with the zoan-whip. Luis then proceeds to constrict and tighten around the foe, killing average humans instantly.
Sidewinder Snare: A utility move, Snake lashes a whip to wrap around something. This technique can be used to grab something and throw, grab an opponent and swing them around, or to make a quick dodge.
Friction Fer-de-lance: Luis revolves rapidly around Snake's arm, quickly building immense friction based heat. Augments Snake's attacks with intense heat.
Static Boa: Luis revolves rapidly above Snake's arm, quickly building immense static based electricity. Augments Snake's attacks with immense electrical power.
Static Sidewinder: Used after Static Boa. Snake cracks Luis towards the ground, the whip flying in a sort of zig-zag pattern through the air. Upon striking the floor, it produces a powerful wave of electricity that coarses along the floor in an erratic and unpredictable pattern towards his foe.
Lightning Lunge: Used after Static Boa. Maximizing the electrical output being produced by Luis, Snake wraps himself in a 'cloak' of pure electricity. Propels himself into the air with a burst of electricity, and then thrusts down at his foe, using the lightning to augment his attack, and to propel himself through the air.
Appearance: Snake’s physique is all muscle with little to no fat. His body is chiseled and well defined, most who had fought with him before would say that it was as if he had a body of steel. A bit broad at the shoulders and chest, but nothing overly muscular. Has dark green hair that falls to about shoulder length. Crafty serpentine eyes, with a matching viper-ish smile. Very tan, earned from constant activity and travel outside exposed to the elements. Dressed in his famous black leather jacket. Wears sturdy jeans, with the ends tucked neatly into brown travel boots with protective steel plates at the sole. Often wears a shirt and a vest under his jacket, but his wardrobe varies from time to time. Has what appears to be a snakeskin belt, tied around his waist. Often rejecting a nobler state of dress, he is required to wear, at the very least, the Royal Circlet atop his head. The circlet itself is a fairly simple band of silver with inlaid designs of winding vines and snakes. While simple and mundane in appearance, its actual worth is immeasurable being a royal artifact and heirloom.
Background: Snake grew up an orphan in Ravunya. Having been abandoned at a very young age where he could not recall his previous life. He barely escaped being killed by snakes, the experience giving him an admiration of the strong and cunning hunters, and gave himself the name Snake. Later as he was starving, he stole some food and gave himself the last name of Havey, the name of a milk company.
Snake Havey grew up to be strong, having lived through his childhood in the militaristic country of Ravunya, in the slums where there is little law or order. Constant beatings from theives and shopkeepers seems to have toughened up Snake to an incredible degree. Soon reaching an age where he could set out on his own, he left behind Ravunya and started wandering the seas, picking fights.
One day, he chanced upon the news of the Grand Path. A succession of battles that lead to one becoming an Emperor of the Sea if they won through all the fights. Snake at that time fought one of the Grand Path, and lost horribly. Being horribly wounded, he dragged himself to the nearest town in a pain-driven haze. A man named Raenar found him and nursed him back to health.
The man Raenar, had once been a powerful bounty-hunter and mercenary during his youth. He took the young Snake under his wing and taught him all that he knew. Snake soon tired of being beaten to a pulp by the surprisingly agile and strong old man whenever he failed to do something correctly, and attempted to run away. Coincidentally, Raenar had been planning to leave the house he had been training Snake at. The two parted ways, with Raenar gifting Snake with a weapon that he said had much bloody history behind it. The whip that had eaten a Devil's fruit and became an anaconda named Luis. Raenar had given Snake the transforming weapon in hopes that Snake would catch onto the subtle metaphor, of a weapon becoming a living being. He did not wish for Snake to continue pursuing revenge against the man that had beaten him so terribly.
Snake then began his climb up the ladder of the Grand Path. First dealing Dallas 13 a decisive beating, then brawling it out with Doc. Super. He had an automatic victory against the enchanting Akki Reijin, showing an odd resistance to that of the spiritual world. Soon afterward, he went in search of his old mentor Raenar in hopes of picking up his training where he had left it, so he could grow stronger to better meet the challenges that would meet him.
He spent approximately two weeks studying and training day and night under Raenar, and with the results of his training was able to beat Lodion, El Dorado, during the course of the battle he discovered by pure chance a package from Raenar addressed to him. An orante saber, that Snake had originally found and stolen in Ravunya as a child, feeling that it seemed to call to him. Snake had given Raenar the saber in return for nursing him back to help and training him. Only recently he emerged victorious from a fight with the Valentines, but with his prized saber snapped in half at the blade, and both his whips frayed and in bad shape.
He returned to his homeland Ravunya in hopes of repairing all of his equipment. But ended up being caught in a dangerous political battle where he discovered he was in fact the lost crown prince of Ravunya, and that his jealous younger brother, Vasil, who had engineered Snake’s disappearance from the palace at a very young age was attempting a coupd’etat to steal the throne from their father. With the help of his allies, Snake tracked down Vasil and defeated him once and for all, claiming his birthright and the throne in the true warrior king’s fashion. And so, the lost Prince Luan has reclaimed his rightful place at his parents side, training and studying for the day his kingship begins. But lately…the crown, the desk, and the civil audiences have proven to be growing into a dull habit for the restless wanderer that Snake was, and still is. Perhaps, it is time for a return to action.
Dream: To see Ravunya in its place, as the most powerful, revered, and wealthy kingdom in the world. He also dreams for personal success, power, and conquest.

Name: Unknown Alias: 'Golden Star' (or 'Golden' or 'GS' for short) Gender: Male Age: Unknown based on appearance seems to be in his late-twenties. Birthday: Unknown Homeland: Birth place unknown, however for the last seven years Golden has called Atelier Island his home. Height: 241 cm (7'10'') Weight: 102 kg (224 lbs) Build: Swimmer like build, ironically though he is unable to swim, also very skinny and has disproportionate long legs. Hair: Golden has a thing for crazy hairstyles and dyeing his hair, his real hair color remains unknown to this day. Golden also tends to change his style every now and then. At the moment Golden has a laws of psychic defying mohawk that goes for about 14 cm above his head and 21 cm in front of his head. The hair's primary color is dark red, with the word GOLDEN written on both the right and left side of Golden's hair, written in golden dye, of course. Skin: Strongly tanned. Eye Color: Unknown, Golden always covers his eyes with his signature sunglasses Blood Type: Unknown Race: Human Alliance: Unknown Personality: Most notably Golden is a very odd and eccentric, but also very charismatic and creative person. He is also rather nice, but also tends to be naive. The fame has gone over Golden's head by a little bit and thus he is somewhat self centered, maybe even slightly narcistic, but still above all else he enjoys entertaining people. Golden get's excited about things very easily and is generally very energetic. Often times gives people and sometimes objects odd nicknames,. Very reluctant to speak about his past before he became Golden Star and thus hardly anything is known. Weapons: None, doesn't use weapons. Ship (if any): Doesn't own a ship, however sometimes rents one, or two, or if he is feeling really crazy, a dozen. Abilities: Golden has incredible talent as an entertainer, while he is most known for his amazing dancing and singing skills, Golden does sometimes also play various instruments, as well as acts in plays and he has even done some modeling. Is able to change his voice and imitate others very accurately. As far as physical ability goes Golden is fairly strong, but even much more than that he is quick, agile and especially flexible. And for mental ability, it's hard to tell as sometimes Golden may appear very smart, while sometimes quite the opposite. While not really a fighter type, Golden fights when he has to, using various dance moves along with his devil fruit abilities. Golden prefers kicks over punches. Devil Fruit: Zou Zou no Mi (Afterimage fruit) Allows the user to create afterimages several of itself (Golden can create up to 6 at the moment, with higher level of mastery it's possible to create more. Upper limit is unknown). These afterimages perform the same actions as their user only a little bit later (the time can be determined by the user, up to 10 seconds from the action of the previous (either the original user or another clone), it may be possible to lengthen the frequency with higher mastery over the devil fruit). The afterimages can pass through the user itself, but not other people or items and can thus attack them and can be attacked, though that is rather pointless as the afterimages don't last for very long. With this ability it's possible for example to throw a barrage of punches and then have the afterimages do the same half a second later each, which would mean ton of punches. The afterimages are easy to tell from the real one as they are slightly transparent and just repeat the moves of the user. Rokushiki Ability: - Attack Names: Coming later. Golden's attacks will be named after various songs. Appearance: Golden really stands out in any crowd with his unique sense of fashion. Golden's most notable features include his hair and his trademark sunglasses that have golden colored, star shaped lenses and metallic dark red frames. Golden also has pair of earrings he wears most of the time, the earrings are surprisingly made out of silver and contain several rubies each. The earring he wears in his left ear is shaped like the letter G, while the one he wears in his right eye is shaped like the letter S. Golden has a golden ring on each of his finger, each with a different gem. Golden likes to change his clothing every now and then. At the moment Golden wears a red-white striped scarf around his neck. As for shirt he wears a very flashy designed long darkish green jacket. The jacket has a long collar that is covered with white fur as well as an image of quite literally a large golden star on it's back and within that star are the letters GS written in teal. The jacket has solid gold buttons though Golden likes to keep open all of them, but the second lowest one. Under the jacket Golden isn't wearing anything at the moment. The pants he wear are dark purple and look like they are a bit too small for him being both tight and bit too short for Golden's long legs. As usual the pants have Golden's name written on them this time both the left side of the left leg and the right side of the right have the word 'GOLDEN' written on them. To complete the set Golden wears a pair of brown long boots that surprisingly doesn't have anything indicating their owner. Background: Not much is known about Golden's past before he appeared to the scene about seven years ago, aside for the fact that apparently his life was decent and he only needed a little change or so he always says, by reading through lines it seems like Golden came from upper class family, though nothing is known for sure. One day an oddly dressed man appeared to Atelier Island, an island that is well known for various musicians, actors, etc. This odd man called himself Golden Star and while many doubted him, it soon came apparent that he had incredible talent at singing and dancing. Within a year he became the hottest name in the whole island. Many looked up to Golden Star, many envied him, but his fame just kept rising and rising and eventually gaining notoriety across the seas and made several tours across the globe. He had gained millions of fans and billions of beli with his success and inspired numerous people with his amazing songs and dance moves. Everything was going great for Golden, but one day he felt like he needed new inspiration. This was nothing new, it had happened before the usual (and even some less usual) sources Golden used for inspiration just didn't do it for him this time and Golden made an unexpected and maybe even rash decision; he decided to go adventuring by himself, saying that he needs to see the world a way he hasn't seen it yet to find the inspiration he needs. Dream: Doesn't seem to have a grand dream or maybe it is just a secret...

Name: Ezekiel Masters Gender: Male Age: 23 Birthday: July 3rd Homeland: Regala Height: 5’10’’ Weight: 167 lbs Build: Well built, broad and muscular from life as a blacksmith/shipwright/soldier. Hair: Ezekiel’s hair is unique in that it is of a platinum hue, his hair when let loose falls to his shoulders in a cascade of silver spikes, but he often ties a bandanna in his hair to keep it up or he wrings it up in a ponytail. Skin: Pale but not unhealthy Eye Color: Hazel Blood Type: AB Race: Human Alliance: The Happy Happy Restaurant, Regala, Matthias de Regala Personality: Ezekiel is generally a carefree individual with an optimistic outlook on the world. His spirits can quickly be dragged down however by setbacks, complications, and unfortunate circumstances and he has been accused of being a bit of a worrywart. He also becomes quite grave in some situations where there are dire matters at hand, at other times he might mistake a situation as being worse than it is. In general he is a dependable solid fellow, with a great attention to detail whether it be the slight furrowing of a person’s brow that indicates tension and anger, or the smallest of flaws in the hull of a ship he is repairing. Weapons: Due to the nature of his Devil Fruit, Ezekiel is capable of having any weapon he so desires assuming he’s seen it and knows enough about its intricacies to create an accurate representation in his mind.
On his person he always carries a small silver sphere, in reality it is a hyper-condensed orb of zealadite, an alloy of his own creation. The properties of the alloy render it as light as titanium, and nearly as strong as adamantium. The hyper-condensation of the orb allows it to be pocket sized, but in reality it is enough material to create perhaps half a dozen longswords.
Ezekiel always however, has his trusty steel hammer looped in a holster at his side in the manner of the sword. The hammer too is zealadite, but is a plain carpentry hammer with a slightly longer shaft.
Ship (if any): The Silverfish – A small cruiser hand made by Ezekiel himself for…himself. Cuts through the water like a blade and turns at the touch of the wheel, excellent quality ship.
Abilities: Ezekiel has a photographic memory, and is an extremely quick learner. Due to his background as a soldier in the Regalan Military Forces, he came into contact with many weapons and fighting styles during his training and few field experiences. Because of this he has an extremely wide array of masteries ranging from longbow handling to bo-staff fighting or even morningstars.
Due to his extensive knowledge about weapons and all their details, Ezekiel is able to amplify or focus some aspects of a weapon, invoking a weapon’s memories, history, or even legendary feats performed with the same type of weapon truly mark Ezekiel as a weaponsmaster.
On occasions where he is forced to fight a foe where he cannot overcome them with simple martial prowess, Ezekiel will tap into the higher abilities of his Devil Fruit allowing him to change the very environment and use it to his advantage, turning the earth, the air, and the very elements into his weapons.
Oh, and he randomly sees into the future and stuff.
Devil Fruit: Kabi Kabi no Mi [Mold Mold] - Paramecium. The fruit turns the user in a Molding Man, in that he can craft and mold whatever he touches into any shape he so desires or imagines. In order to mold objects, a certain amount of energy and stamina is required of the user, to make perhaps an ordinary shortsword from a pile of rocks would be quite simple, but to condense the stone blade into a density making it as strong as steel would take even more stamina however. Size, complexity, density, details, and speed of construction all factor into the overall energy consumption.
Masters of this fruit can tap into its more evolved abilities, the farthest Ezekiel has gotten thus far is molding the very air around him into weapons and attacks, though molding air requires twice the energy as normal constructs thus making it a rare occurrence.
Molding requires the user be in physical contact with the material he chooses, if standing or touches a surface that is all composed of one material, the user can mold constructs as far as 6 feet away at a maximum strain.
The standard limitations of most Devil Fruit applies to the Kabi Kabi no Mi as well, in that if any construct made using the ability are submerged or doused in seawater, they return to their original forms whether it be a pile of rocks or a steel bar.
Rokushiki Ability: None Attack Names: Many of Ezekiel’s attack names deal with an aspect of a weapon, or a legendary weapon/mythological tool.
Appearance: Many say Ezekiel always looks like he’s going to work. Almost never dressed that smartly, he usually dresses in clothes that are a bit worn out and maybe even a size too big for him. He dresses for practicality and always seem like he’s dressed for a long day of work. Typically his outfit consists of some sort of baggy t-shirt with the collar hanging a little beneath his collarbone. On top he usually has a tough leather work vest that fits him unlike his t-shirt, so it hugs his shirt closer to his body. With one end resting above one hip and the other end hanging beneath the other hip he has his well-worn utility belt, complete with pouches to hold nails, clips, scrap, and holsters to hold his hammer, work gloves, and anything else he might need. For pants he typically wears well-fitted khaki or navy work jeans tucked into some sturdy scuffed black boots. He often has a bandanna tied into his hair to keep it up and away from his eyes, the color too seems to vary from day to day.
Background: Not many are aware of Ezekiel’s beginnings or background, but maybe that’s because he’s always working away or busy with something, not one who speaks too much about himself. Ezekiel was born to a mother who was a blacksmith, a father that was a shipwright, and several older brothers and uncles who were all carpenters. From a very young age the young platinum-haired prophet worked in all the family trades, learning to love working with his hands and the simple joys of creating. Due to his upbringing he was always a strong boy, and upon accidentally consuming the Kabi Kabi no Mi he became something of a local celebrity among the various workers unions in the city. He was the prodigy carpenter, blacksmith, and shipwright who had the powers that only Gods could dream of possessing. Eventually he was scouted out by the Regalan military to work in the armories and weapon designs department, there too he excelled and also proved to have a good swordarm and soon rose in the rank until he was among the Regalan Royal Guard and 1st Division of the army.
After a while, he grew disillusioned and tired of the military life. Hanging up his career he set out into the world to seek a more fulfilling and peace-living life. For one of his talents he never had trouble finding work, but always found the same monotonous working life he had tried escaping from back home. Along his many travels he happened upon the Andersons and their Happy Happy Restaurant. Caught up in the Chaos 8 kidnapping Baby Uzo, Ezekiel decided to help the married couple in their plight and played an integral role in casting down the evil organization and returning the child to his parents.
Out of gratitude, Beth enslave-er employed Ezekiel at her restaurant, and so Ezekiel had finally found the working life that never failed to amuse him. Working as an odd mix of repairman/waiter/and errand boy for the pair he soon grew content with his life. But as Connor reactivated in the Grand Path, much peril came to the family owned restaurant and Connor’s various repair needs soon grew troublesome to the peace-yearning prophet. Then one day, a particularly powerful vision struck the still inexperienced Prophet, a giant hand descending from the heavens and crushing Regala to dust.
Choosing to not believe this new message from the future, Ezekiel could only read in disbelief as the news brought in word of Regala being wiped from the face of the planet in a terrible terrorist attack, supposedly by a crew of pirates by the name of the Phantom Hawks. Spurred on by regret and a sense of old duty to his country and the now orphaned prince, Ezekiel left the Happy Happy without a word and set out to the oceans to find the Phantom Hawks and his king.
Dream: To forge the weapons, or build the ships that will lead the world to a new era. To see his country rebuilt, his king re-established on a stable throne, and to find the villains responsible for the complete destruction of his homeland.

Name: Morrison Gender: Male Age: 5 Birthday: July 11th Homeland: Water 7 Height: Uh, cat sized. Weight: Around 700 lbs. Build: Catlike, sleek, metal Hair: Sharp, metal Skin: Dark grey Eye Color: Green Blood Type: Cat Race: Cat Alliance: World Government (Seven Warlords of the Sea) Personality: Cold, aloof, studious. Typically behaves in a logical fashion, although he does not take well to any perceived slights against him or his companions. It's incredibly hard to form a connection with him, but if one succeeds, he becomes fiercely protective, and will react violently to anyone who harms them in any way. Weapons: Teeth and razor sharp claws. Ship (if any): A dinghy, customized to accommodate one of his size and build.
Abilities: Like all cats, he is fast, alert, and has senses that are far greater than any human's. Unlike most cats, he is very intelligent, and experienced in battle. His metal body is near indestructible, and can withstand most normal attacks. His greatest strength is Haki, which he learned to use after harsh training against several high profile pirates. Observation Haki, in particular, is his specialty. He is also an expert at gathering information, which he personally considers his greatest asset.
Devil Fruit: None
Rokushiki Ability: None
Attack Names: "Meow! Hiss! Nyaaa!"
Appearance: About an average size for one of his species, although his manner of holding himself calls to mind a jungle cat rather than a housecat. Aside from the metal, his most notable features are his bent tail and a small piece missing from his left ear, both features from his life before becoming intelligent. His body, though quite tough, is not untarnished, and shows lots of minor scratches from past encounters.
Background: His life began as a stray in Water 7, no different from any other stray cat in any other city in the world. As a weak, stupid, defenseless creature, he often found himself at the mercy of the world around him, and the backstreets could be quite cruel. He constantly had to escape from everyone, from hoodlums that would harm him for simple laughs to the much stronger cats that didn't like him going into their territory. It was in this fashion that he learned about survival, as well as the ways of the world around him, although he ultimately forgot much of this life. He probably would have stayed like that, if it wasn't for a chance encounter with an elderly scholar named Moisant, who, for reasons unknown, decided to take in the starving kitten. The old man gave Morrison a name, as well as a steady source of food and shelter, so for a while, the cat was safe. However, a simple pet was not enough for Moisant. The scholar had grown lonely in his old age, and needed a companion that was more than an ordinary animal, he needed a friend to talk to, and who could listen and understand. Teaching a cat to write, think, and thoroughly understand the complexities of human language might have seemed impossible, even insane but in a few short months, with a lot of effort, it became possible. For the first time, Morrison became self aware. After that initial breakthrough, he found he wanted to know more, and learning came easily to him. Moisant taught him much about the world, and the wonders that came with knowledge. But, for the both of them, it was less about the simple obtaining of information, they finally had someone they could trust.
What Moisant didn't tell Morrison was that he had a long and troubled past before settling down on Water 7. At one point in his life, he was a seafaring thief, making a living by stealing important artifacts. Some time before encountering Morrison, he had bargained with, and subsequently betrayed, a powerful pirate named Qwerty, leading the criminal right into the hands of the Marines, who paid Moisant for his troubles, on top of clearing his name. He didn't speak a word of this previous life to the cat, for he didn't want Morrison to think badly of him. What he didn't know was that Qwerty had escaped the encounter with the authorities, although a few of his crewmates didn't. Alive and furious, Qwerty tracked down Moisant and killed the old man. Having seen the event happen right before his eyes, Morrison was crushed, not only by the loss of his first and only friend, but also by the fact that he couldn't do a thing to stop it. Qwerty left Water 7 laughing, and Morrison was alone.
Having no reason to stay in Water 7 any further, Morrison got the idea to sail the world. There was much that Moisant had taught him, but even back then he wanted to see it for himself. So, stowing away on whatever ship he could find, he traveled aimlessly for a while. That is, until he met a little girl named Kusu, who, for some baffling reason, wanted the stray cat to join her crew. Morrison was reluctant at first, but finally gave in after hearing Kusu's goal, to help people. Having no better options, Morrison gave in and became a pet of sorts on the ship of the Phantom Hawks. During this time, he befriended Sam, a fishwoman who was also a Phantom Hawk. It was strange, for two individuals so different to find a connection, but, perhaps because they were both relatively weak on a ship full of monsters, they got along very well. It was the sort of friendship he never thought he would have again. Morrison saw much and learned more than he could have dreamed during his time as a pirate, and, on one particularly dangerous adventure, became metal. Now, the cat was helpless no more, as he proved on more than one occasion where he was able to hold his own against strong opponents. His metal claws cut deeper than his real ones ever could, and his body protected him from powerful attacks. However, no matter how well he could defend himself, he found he couldn't protect others. Within the course of a few days, he witnessed a city he failed to save fall to ruin, and Sam was gravely wounded in battle. The latter event struck him deeply, and once again he was reminded of Moisant. As long as he couldn't defend those close to him, he had no right to sail under the same flag, that was what he decided. And so, shortly after that incident, he silently left the crew to strengthen himself on his own.
He had many adventures traveling by himself, and grew exponentially. He took down several well known pirate crews, and defended many a village from evildoers. He also grew stronger, like he had wanted, stronger than he ever could have become while relying on his old shipmates. As he gained new skills and abilities, he was able to take on greater challenges, eventually growing to a point where he had mastered Observation Haki. He used his brains just as much as his claws in battle, and discovered even more about the Grand Line and the world of pirates within it. During this time, he managed to find Qwerty once again. It troubled him somewhat to find that Qwerty, some time after they had last met, had become a lonesome drunkard, a shadow of the vicious pirate he used to be. Still, Morrison avenged his master all the same. Now, he was strong, or so he thought. He began to look forward to the day he would be able to face his old friends again.
Unfortunately, it began to look as if that day might never happen. He heard a rumor somewhere that the Phantom Hawks had disbanded. What had really become of that crew, he didn't know. For a while, he thought he might never see or hear from them again.
After the Paramount War at Marineford, there was a large gap in the ranks of the Seven Warlords of the Sea. For some reason, the World Government found Morrison, who was just starting gain notoriety, to be fitting for the job, and offered the cat a title. Seeing it as a good opportunity to do things he never would have been able to as a pirate, he accepted.
At the time, he didn't know what had also been lost at Marineford.
Dream: For the time being, to get revenge on the remaining Phantom Hawks.

(This is a character to partner with Chio, at Rinji's request. MARINE FUN TIME ADVENTURES BEGIN.) Name: Tsukiyama Maeby Nicknames: May, that "Sorry" girl Gender: Female Age: 19 Birthday: May 11th Homeland: North Blue Height: 5'8" Weight: "Oh, well, uh, I, gee...I mean, I'm sorry!" Build: skinny, top-heavy Hair: Pink and flippy Skin: Rosy Eye Color: Golden Blood Type: O+ Race: Human Alliance: Marines - Lieutenant Commander Personality: Shy, quiet, and apologizes for the smallest things. She seems to stress over the little details and forgets about the big picture. She doesn't like being the center of attention, and rarely speaks unless spoken to. Don't let her demure exterior fool you, though, on the inside she is fiercely loyal to her companions and has a strong sense of justice, and will fight to the death against evil-doers and people who hurt her friends. She often wonders why pirates can't just be good people like everyone else and not hurt others. Her motto is, "Can't we all just get along? No? WELL THEN I'M GOING TO DEFEAT YOU." Weapons: A long naginata decorated with cute little bobbles she has picked up over the years. The naginata breaks down into four separate pieces for easier carrying. Ship (if any): Whichever marine ship she is assigned to. Abilities: Despite her shy, loving exterior, Maeby *is* a trained marine, and fully earned her rank as a Lieutenant Commander thanks to her diligence to training and discipline. She is tough, fast, and uses the reach of her weapon to her advantage. She has focused her training mostly on upper body strength, and can lift incredibly heavy objects with relative ease, and if she is ever disarmed her punches sure pack one hell of a...well, punch. She is also a budding poet, though she's far too shy to ever show her work to anyone. Devil Fruit: None. Rokushiki Ability: Kami-e-- Maeby had a natural affinity to the fluid, floating style of Kami-e. She witnessed one of her superiors demonstrating the ability on her first day as a recruit, and practiced every day since then to understand and master the technique. She still has yet to fully master it, though she has come to augment the style using her naginata to create a new technique that is not as powerful as "true" Kami-e, but can be more versatile in certain situations. Shigan-- Almost a side effect to Maeby's diligent upper body training, Maeby took to learning shigan at the request of her current Captain. She is less skilled in straight up hand-to-hand combat, so shigan is pretty much all she can do besides throwing wild punches. Attack Names: Tsuki tsujikaze -- Maeby whirls her naginata around her with immense speed, cutting down who or whatever gets in her path, and creating a defensive barrier of wind (and sharp pointy blade) around her that can deter most average attackers. High Jump -- Maeby borrows a technique from a certain jRPG series that certainly doesn't exist in her world. She launches herself into the air, usually using her naginata to polevault into the sky, then comes crashing back down with her Naginata aimed to strike at whatever is beneath her. The force behind it can also create tiny shockwaves on the ground, kicking up dirt in case concealment is needed or knocking over anything that might be in the immediate area. Naginata kata -- A quick sequence of thrusts, swipes, blocks, jabs, and fancy footwork, based on a training sequence used by the marines. She has done the drills so many times that her movements are almost too fast for the eye to see, but anyone who is familiar with the original sequence can easily predict her next move and trip her up. Kami-e: Sumi-E style -- Maeby's special altered version of kami-e. Combining Kami-e with her naginata fighting technique, Maeby becomes fluid and precise like an expert painter, her naginata like her paintbrush, and the blood of her enemies like her paint. Her ability to dodge incoming attacks greatly increases, as well as her speed at dishing out strikes of her own, but her accuracy with said strikes can be lower than usual. Appearance: Maeby wears her official Lieutenant Commander uniform jacket more like a cape than a coat, though somehow it never seems to fall off unless she wants it to. Beneath that she wears a short-sleeved yellow striped blouse with a light blue double breasted vest, and comfortable dark teal slacks with yellow decals on the side, which have been modified to be shorter and given a pull string on the bottom to tighten them to her legs. She always wears white rolled socks with brown loafers, unless she is at the beach, in which case she is always, always barefoot. Background: Maeby, unlike most people you tend to meet adventuring out in the high seas, lived a happy life with a happy family on a small, peaceful island that rarely saw any violence or strife at all. Over the years the island community had created a sort of miniature utopia on their island, where everyone had access to the basics in life and no one felt the need for money or even bartering. Everyone just assumed that everything should be shared with the rest of the community. Maeby's family in particular was mostly a farming family; her father and three brothers were all known throughout the island for their green thumbs, while her mother was known for her exceptional cooking prowess with her husband's crops. Maeby herself dreamed of being as good a cook as her mother, though it was soon apparent that anything she touched on the stove was likely to catch on fire. Still, her family loved her (so long as she didn't try to cook), and she was happy. Because they never felt immense want for anything, the island's communication with the rest of the world was limited, their most common access to news of the outside world were the marine patrols that would stop by for the incredible hospitality and wonderful food. The marines were almost celebrated with their own holiday on the island, colloquially known as "Patrol Day," and everyone would gather at whatever port the marines stopped in to hear stories of the rest of the world and give the marines gifts (though of course they didn't really consider them "gifts," they were just giving them what they would give anyone else). Pirates were known to appear on the island once in a blue moon, but Maeby never saw a single pirate in her life until the age of 12. A local band of pirates that were just starting out landed on the island, and seeing the bounty of simple pleasures the locals had, decided they wanted the island for themselves, and went to staking their claim with guns and swords and fire. The first plot of land they set their sights on was the closest one to their landing site; Tsukiyama farm. The pirates were woefully unaware of two things: one, was that the next day was Patrol Day. The other, was that no one messed with little Maeby and her family farm. To be fair, even Maeby herself didn't know what she was capable of until the pirates came, guns a-blazing, to tear the farm apart. Maeby, armed with only her dad's shovel and the help of her brothers (who found out that day that they were terrible cowards), managed to hold off the pirate's assault on the family property for the entire day and night. When the marines arrived the next day, they found the pirates worn out and easy to capture, having not set a single foot on the village on the other side of the farm, and a little girl covered in dirt and sweat and brandishing a shovel standing between them and the main road. That Patrol Day, Maeby was the one having a celebration in her honor, with both the villagers and the marines singing her praises. The captain of the patrol convinced Maeby's parents that the outside world needed someone of Maeby's tenacity. Her family agreed, hoping that Maeby could bring a little bit of their miniature utopia to the world of pain and suffering outside. Maeby left with the marines the next day as a full-fledged recruit. Her drive and tenacity continued to show from beneath her kind, farm girl personality, and she went up through the ranks with great speed, being transferred from place to place as was necessary (and occasionally at the request of a higher-up or two who had heard rumors of a little farm girl with big ambitions). Her current assignment is the one she has held the longest, having been transferred to the base two years ago. Dream: To create a world without senseless fighting and pain.

Name: Dian I. Fachtrum Gender: Male Age: 19 Birthday: July 13 Homeland: Rogueski Height: 5’9’’ Weight: 132 lbs Build: Lean and spry, a runner Hair: Long and cut raggedly, falls to his shoulders unevenly. Black in color. Skin: Dark tan Eye Color: Fluctuates between hazel and red Blood Type: A+ Race: Human Alliance: Pirate, kinda? Personality: A very shy and scared kid, he seems to be depressed half the time. Most of these stem from a very sad childhood, and the recent string of horrible events that have impacted his life. Very flightly and a bit jumpy, tends to run from his problems, seeing as it is one of the few things he’s good at. Other than that, a very sincere and honest kid. Totally emo. Weapons: The Universal Pocket Knife [U.P.K.] – The greatest invention of the now deceased Doctor Abraham Ignis Fachtrum, Dian’s father. A hyper hammer-space storage device with an extremely sophisticated organizing and retrieval AI. Dian stores an innumerable number of knives and gadgets in this device.
Dian also carries several normal knives on his person, good for throwing or for melee combat.
In addition, Dian’s shoes [high quality Mizunos] could also be considered weapons. Their high traction/grip/quality/durability combined with his running style have allowed him to begin creating trails of fire/twisters/sonic booms simply with his run. Ship (if any): None
Abilities: Dian fights using his wits, his speed, and throwing weapons.
Devil Fruit: None
Rokushiki Ability: Dian’s speed rivals or even surpasses that of most average rokushiki users.
Attack Names: Fumble! – Dian fumbles his UPK as he tries to activate it and grabbing the first thing that pops out he tosses it at his opponent, sometimes it might be a nuclear bomb, or maybe even a stuffed animal.
Flux Dash – Utilizing a wild and sporadic footwork right when reaching his max speed, Dian creates an army of mobile afterimages that seem to move independently of him. This ability propogates any effects or phenomena that Dian creates, one trail of fire becomes a wide blazing road, one twister becomes a whirling wall of wind etc.
Flame Road – Digging into the terrain with his shoes as he pours the speed, Dian can leave a potent trail of blazing fire behind him as he runs.
Hurricane Road – Twisting violently at the apex of his speed, Dian can conjure a vicious twister around him that he can either release in a straight vector in front of him by putting on the brakes, or even leave behind him as an obstruction by outrunning his own whirling wind.
Sonic Road – Pushing past his limits for a moment, Dian shoots forward with one powerful step to disappear for an instant as a powerful sonic boom resonate outward from his last seen location. Scratches and batters Dian.
Appearance: Dian always has a snowboarding cap, or a snapback affixed on his head, taming his wild and unruly hair somewhat. His bangs are always over his face, nearly concealing his eyes, or brushed to the side and partially concealing only one of his eyes. In terms of clothing he usually wears a cut-off t-shirt, a necklace, various bands and bracelets, and cargo shorts with long socks and his ever-present Mizunos. He sometimes swaps out his hat(s) for a headband.
Background: Dian grew up in the rowdy and impoverished island-town of Rogueski. True to its name, rogues, thieves, bandits, and pirates ruled the town with the power of terror and chaos. Dian grew up with only his father, his mother having died in childbirth. His father doted on his son and gave him all the care he could. Even with no money, the child grew up reasonably happy. Dian’s father was a famous inventor who was convinced he could change not only Rogueski, but the entire world through the power of science, hope, and belief. He worked tirelessly, blowing up his workshops frequently in accidents and drawing much attention to himself and his child.
After many long years, the doctor completed his greatest masterpiece and entrusted it to his only son shortly before he died of old age and illness. Dian lived a solitary life on Rogueski, now orphaned. He stole when he could, and eventually developed a sort of second personality that was ruthless, bloodthirsty and cold to help protect himself from the harshness of reality.
One day, The Phantom Hawks rolled into town and flipped everything upside down as Dian was unwillingly taken from home, having fallen unconscious on the Elton John. He eventually however grew accustomed to life with the quirky crowd of so called ‘pirates’. Striking up a friendship with Sam the fishwoman, and some sort of twisted rivalry with the famed prince of Corphaeus, Karalisk.
Dian grew an odd fascination with the powerful warrior prince and soon grew determined to push his own abilities to the limit in hopes of one day defeating the prince in a simple footrace. His countless failed attempts earned him constant beatings that drew him to an inch of his life, but he could tell he was getting faster. Then one day as the crew was confronted by Major Masked of the Marines, and the escaped convict Vivied the Color Thief, Dian was knocked unconscious during the fight by some falling rubble and left behind in all the confusion.
When he awoke, he was propped up against a wall with the imposing Major Masked standing over him. He had been shackled and chained and resigned himself to a fate of imprisonment or possibly even execution for being tied to the Phantom Hawks. Strangely however, Major Masked dropped a key at the young rogue’s feet and sailed away, leaving the runner alone in the decimated ruins of the island. Taking this chance, but still puzzled at the marine’s odd act of generosity, Dian set off on his own, roaming the seas with nothing but the clothes on his back and his own two legs to rely on. He was embittered at being deserted by the crew that had called him family and nakama, and generally ignored any and all mention of them during his travels. When he heard of their disbanding, he met it with mixed emotions, then promptly started travelling anew in search of Karalisk, hoping to get the race he had been training to win. Recently however, a revenge-seeking individual has been on his trail and chased him into the obscure depths of the world, a small detour for Dian.
Dream: To be the fastest there ever was.

Name: Karalisk Valdiensk XVIII Gender: Male Age: 20 Birthday: 21st June Homeland: Coryphaeus Island - New World Height: 142 cm (4'7'') Weight: 78 kg (171 lbs) Build: Muscular, has wide shoulders and is very short. Hair: Karalisk's hair has grown back and now is longer than it was before now reaching to the lower end of his neck from behind and barely above his eyes in the front, the hair also covers his ears. Karalisk's hair is very dark gray in color and rather messy. Skin: Dark brown Eye Color: Brown Blood Type: AB+ Race: Human Alliance: Coryphaeus Island - Prince Bounty: 404.000.000 beli, from causing destruction and mayhem around the grand line. As well as from betraying the marines some years ago. Karalisk's bounty has a bit surprisingly remained the same for couple of years. The poster gives the young prince nickname 'Prince of Hell', a name that Karalisk himself isn't very fond of. Personality: An egomaniac who thinks that he is superior to everyone else and rarely shows respect to anyone. Karalisk as he only cares for the strong and the talented and thinks everyone else is absolute garbage. Has a tendency to badly overestimate his own abilities though is very good at actually telling the level of most other people. Infamously Karalisk almost always handicaps himself in fights, often times these limitations are ridiculous and end up in unnecessary defeats for his highness. Only those he deems worthy will Karalisk fight all out. Karalisk is often times very noisy and loud what ever he is doing, he also has a very foul mouth and swears like a sailor. He has sadistic tendencies enjoying hurting people both physically and mentally. A man consumed by his own pride is what hinders him the most. Overall Karalisk is a guy that does what ever he pleases, when ever he pleases and doesn't give a damn about the others. Weapons: Karalisk has nearly infinite amount of weapons, tools and just plain useless junk stored in the pockets of his pants that have absorbed the Kura Kura no Mi (warehouse devil fruit), which allows to store items in infinite weightless space. Karalisk took most of his ancestors weapons with him when he left his home. They are the most powerful of his weapons along with his own weapon, the baton, he very rarely uses them. Known notable weapons: Karalisk's Baton (real name unknown) Karalisk's own weapon he created when he was only twelve. About 70 cm long metallic baton that works like taser being able can send powerful electric shocks through it. Despite being the only weapon the prince keeps out of his pockets all the time he ironically never seems to use it. The Hourglass A large and extremely heavy and hard wooden bat, originally used and crafted by Karalisk IV roughly 650 years ago. The wood used in this bat was from a now extinct kind of tree that is known from it's hardness and weight. The bat is shaped like an hourglass and thus is named so. Karalisk XV's guns Dual pistol's used by Karalisk XV. He was able to kill a man inside a battle ship with a single shot. The distance was 7 kilometers and it was stormy that night. The actual names for these weapons are unknown. The younger Karalisk also has some of the special bullets that were made by his ancestor as well as creating replicas of the said bullets by himself. Ship (if any): When leaving his homeland Karalisk gifted his brother his battleship, preferring swimming instead. Abilities: Oh boy... Karalisk is a genius among genius, with talent that is unmatched by none. He is able to use anything and I mean anything as a weapon and be very efficient at it if he so pleases. Has ability to create new techniques as he pleases or imitate those of others, though too proud to actually use techniques of anyone who he doesn't respect, which is a very small group, basically consisting only of his ancestors and brother. Prince Karalisk is also incredibly strong, blazingly fast, basically indestructible, has infinite stamina and surprisingly, even though it often times may not appear so he is also very smart. There are very few in this world who can match the sheer power of his highness, when he decides to fight with everything he got, which is very rare. Karalisk is able to use all three forms of haki, though his favorite is the conqueror's haki. Outside of fighting abilities Karalisk also is great at everything he wants to be great at. Only thing he lacks are social skills. Devil Fruit: None. Has items with devil fruits though, such as his magical pants. Rokushiki Ability: Technically speaking Karalisk can use all six of them. However he thinks they are absolute garbage and never uses them at all.
Attack Names: Karalisk has plenty of named attacks though quite rarely actually uses them. Some of the attacks are his own and some those he has copied from his brother or ancestors, though many of them are actually recreations of said attacks by Karalisk himself as he has never seen the attacks being used in person and instead only heard or read about them. These recreations are often times slightly different or even imperfect forms of the originals. Karalisk always includes from which generation of Karalisk's these moves are by announcing the generation before the attack's name. Eighteenth generation would be his own techniques. Fourth Generation: Earth Shatterer Rather simple move that is meant for bats, hammers and other such heavy weaponry. With this move the user hits the ground with heavy hit and breaks it. For such a simple attack it is surprisingly powerful, though that may come from just the strength of it's user. Fourth Generation Technique: Sky That Falls Upon You Supposedly the strongest move of Karalisk IV. This move is made specially for 'the Hourglass' though it can be performed with similar weapons if they are just heavy enough. The user jumps in the air and starts spinning around with the bat to gain immense force to the hit and then as he or she is descending from the air hit the enemy with all it's force strong enough to shatter practically anything. Seventh Generation: Diamond Cutter A move of Karalisk VII, which got it's name from the feat of him actually cutting a diamond with it. Originally it was known as Steel Cutter. The version of this attack used by the current Karalisk is imperfect and is unable to actually cut through diamond. This move is the most basic move of Karalisk VII, who based his fighting style around this. Seventh Generation: The Flow A more advanced move based around the Diamond Cutter style, designed to take on group of enemies. The user moves his hands around very stylishly and uses them to cut anything around them like he had fangs. Ninth Generation: Tracking Hound Move originally used by Karalisk IX, which boosts the users ability to smell about 30 times more accurate to normal, which helps in tracking people and animals. A rather simple technique. Sixteenth Generation: Bullet Train Dash A move that Karalisk has actually perfectly copied having seen his grandfather use it several times when he was a kid. This move makes the user to run in straight line at first very slowly, but then quickly gaining speed and eventually moving faster than he or she originally could. While using this move turning and stopping quickly are impossible.
Sixteenth Generation: Zero Grams This move allows the user to manipulate his body so that it feels almost weightless. Of course being almost weightless has it's pros and cons. Another technique that has been perfectly copied by Karalisk XVIII.
Appearance: Most notably a very short man that has an exotic skin color. Karalisk has several scars other battle marks around his body, most notably a very large scar across his chest and missing a piece of his left ear. Always wears a golden crown on top of his head as a symbol of his high status. Still wears the same, rather basic looking black cargo pants he has had for years, that store infinite amounts of items due to the devil fruit. Also wears a vest made out of rare lizard skin this time a dragon's skin. The vest looks very much like the vest Karalisk used previously though this time it is colored dark red. As usual his highness likes to keep the vest open to show of his scars. Karalisk also wears a simple leather belt, where his baton hangs from and a pair of brown sandals. Background: It all started eighteen generations and roughly 900 years ago, when Karalisk, son of Valdiensk, the young chief of the Coryphaeus tribe declared a war on the neighboring tribe that also lived on the same island and eventually won conquering the whole island. After this the first Karalisk changed his name to Karalisk Valdiensk I and became the king of Coryphaeus. When Karalisk's oldest son, who he named Karalisk II it was apparent that talent ran in the family as Karalisk II was even mightier than his great father and even his children all had incredible talent and it just kept on going on for many generations with vast majority of the people under the Valdiensk family being brilliant or even geniuses. And among these the most special were always the eldest son (or in one case, a daughter) that had the name Karalisk. Thus the story of the super genius family started to spread around the world and the name Karalisk Valdiensk was eventually considered the most powerful name in the world. While the family had had several super geniuses through the ages the greatest of them all would be Karalisk XVIII. Even at young age the talent of young Karalisk and that of his younger twin brother Aclys, came apparent. While geniuses were common in the family the two of them were special even for the Valdiensk family. While Karalisk was considered to be greatest in the history of the family Aclys was always just a little bit behind and if it weren't for his brother might have been the greatest in the family. The two princes kept competing with each other all their childhood and grew stronger and stronger due to this and their incredible talent. When the twins were 13 their father Karalisk XVII died, which would have meant that as the crown prince the younger Karalisk would have inherited the throne, but surprisingly was denied it by the noble families and the younger brother Aclys was made the king. Enraged by the decision Karalisk challenged his brother to a duel for the crown, which Aclys accepted. While the fights between the two were usually very close, with Karalisk having a slight edge this time was different and Aclys just quickly crushed his brother claiming the crown as his own. Soon afterwards Karalisk left his homeland behind and set out to the seas in look for something else to do. Few months later Karalisk has enlisted on the marines, which was a decision that even the higher ups in the government were surprised about. In the marines Karalisk was both the most brilliant and the most unruly rookie, doing what ever he pleased. However the insane strength of the prince managed to earn Karalisk several quick promotions ending up in a rank of Lieutenant within the six months of his service. However Karalisk got tired of the marines rather quickly and a eventually left out with a bang destroying the base he was serving under and killing most of the people inside. This got the prince his first bounty and officially made him a criminal. Since then Karalisk has been doing thins only for his own amusement, swimming around grand line, landing on random islands and leaving a mark behind where ever he had been. Around 2 years ago, due to rather odd circumstances Karalisk ended up being part of the crew Phantom Hawks for a while, though he was never loyal to them and as usual did what ever he wanted to. Recently Aclys had asked his brother to get him the famed devil fruit that brings inanimate objects to life and after a while of searching for it Karalisk has managed to find this fabled fruit and now after all these years is finally going to head back home. Dream: Has made many ridiculous claims, but what Karalisk XVIII is truly after remains unknown.

[Damn, this thing took me a long time to write. Anyway, I hope it impresses you guys. To be honest, I rushed through the thing, and some parts of it are obviously incomplete, but just as with how it was back at OPHQ, I intend for this profile to evolve and be refined over time. I'm just burnt out right now from having wrote it] Name: Rustom Swatantar Patil Epithet: Snake Hair Gender: Male Age: 17 Birthday: 26 January [Indian Independence Day] Homeland: Kimi Machi, Asa Go Han Shima [both names are puns. The first translates to Yolk Town, but also sounds very similar to “kimitachi”, which means “you” in a familiar conjugation. The second translates to “Morning Misjudgment Island” as a reference to the thick fog that hangs over the island every morning. It also sounds however like “asagohan shima” which would translate to “breakfast island.” This is the pun, since all of the towns on the island, including Rustom’s, are shaped like Breakfast foods]. Height: 5’07” Weight: 170 lbs. Build: Wiry and lean, but also quite muscular, like a World Champion MMA fighter. Despite his relatively small size and young age, he has a clearly visible and extremely crisply cut chest. He is most definitely “ripped” as they say. Hair: Long, Sleek, Black hair held normally inside a turban but for a few long, tendril like locks, intricately braided and decorated with ribbons and jewels that extend down his back before ending in thick, paintbrush like tufts that seem naturally spun to a fine point. Skin: Sepia in color and covered with an overlapping series of scars and tribal-style tattoos of a distinctly Indian [if India existed in the One Piece world] style. Eye Color: Chocolate Blood Type: AB- Race: 3/4th Human, 1/4th Longarm Alliance: Pirates Bounty: Original, 20 million [gained for completely destroying the Asa Go Han Marine Base as well as a Marine Battleship moored at its dock]; Second, 60 million [for the countless murders of Marines among other crimes committed during his career with the Black Claw Pirates]; Third, 120 million [for his participation in the Battle of Enies Lobby with the rest of the Green Thumb Pirates] Personality: Rustom is difficult to put it mildly. A more accurate description is that he is a hyper-aggressive, near psychopathic man who is, to put it simply, a reflection of the difficult, traumatic life he’s lived up until this point. As Newton’s famous law says, “Every action shall have an equal and opposite reaction. Rustom went through horrific, monstrous experiences growing up, and so, considering this, he has actually turned out pretty well, given the circumstances.
For all his ferocity and abrasiveness, Rustom is still a very deep, complex person who is inside, simply a soul tortured by the forces that created him. He still bears deep and extremely painful emotional wounds, many of them still much to fresh to have begun to truly heal, and it is this deep trauma that has led to his hyper-aggressive tendencies and seemingly unpredictable nature. That aggression and false bravado is in reality, a cover for the vulnerable wounds that lie beneath it, as well as a sort of outlet for the explosive energies that that pain has produced.
Despite his tortured soul, Rustom is quite skilled in keeping his composure, his skill in this area actually being a result of trying to hide and ignore those vulnerabilities. As such, he usually appears relatively calm, albeit somewhat arrogant. He can come off as offensive, loud, crass, vulgar, or obscene, but also intelligent, observant, experienced, and in many cases, even honorable.
Rustom has a strong sense of honor, and a number of rules that he lives his life by, and will not break under absolutely any circumstances. At the same time, these rules are the only ones he has, and where he does not deliberately prohibit himself from doing something, anything beyond is completely fair game. For example, Rustom has a rule that prohibits him from killing or severely harming children under the age of 13 [if attacked by a child of that age, he may knock them around a bit, but in general, won’t really hurt them]. Anyone over that limit however is completely fair for him to fight however, and this means that he doesn’t care who a person is, or what status they have, as long as killing them doesn’t violate any of his rules, he has no problem with it whatsoever.
Thus, Rustom can come off as ruthless and cold, especially because of his policy of killing any and all Marines he comes into contact with, even deliberately going out of his way to do so. He has become known as a “Marine Hunter” because of this, and it is precisely his crimes in this area that have motivated the World Government towards giving him his bounty.
All in all, Rustom may seem a paradox to most, kind one second, and murderously violent the next, but to him, anything else just wouldn’t make sense, and as skewed or imperfect as he may be, Rustom is firm in his belief that he wouldn’t have himself any other way. Weapons: Blades. Lots and lots of blades. Rustom carries a limited number of blades on his person at all times, never going anywhere without at least one on him somewhere. In fact, he has a rule that he will not use any kind of weapon other than a blade. His collection includes everything from your basic kunai and shuriken to daggers, axes, sickles, spears, all manner of swords, and even more unusual blades like Chakram, Tiger Hooks, and Deer Horn Knives.
The one other thing he does use that it could perhaps be argued he made an exception to this rule for is his rather impressive collection of Dials, which he acquired while on Skypeia with Kusu and the others. Ship: The Black Mamba- A relatively small double-mast Boutre ship that Rustom had custom made for him by his old friend from the Black Claw Pirates, Masato. As it’s name would suggest, the Black Mamba is black in color, and has a “snake” theme to match Rustom’s own association with those creatures.
Rustom never intended for the ship to be his permanent residence, but it suits his needs quite well, having a stable for his horse as well as accommodations for his considerable snake collection, this being moderately elaborate pens designed to mimic each species natural environment. This is similar to what one would see for them in the Reptile section at your local Zoo, although Rustom is a little more generous than most Zoos are, giving them a fair degree of space, whereas most zoos essentially have them in glass boxes with a bit of foliage matter, sand, and maybe water if the snake is lucky.
The ship is also equipped with a few other unique features, not the least of which is its extensive sprinkler and fireproofing system, which Rustom insisted be included on it in consideration of a certain person with whom Rustom is well acquainted. The ship is also custom designed for use with Rustom’s powers, equipped with deployable paddlewheels he can turn using them, as well as strategically placed weights put at various points around the ship, which Rustom can easily put on the end of a hair tendril and use similarly to a flail or even wrecking ball.
In terms of armament the ship is moderately armed, with 12 cannons, five on each side, a single chase gun in the front, and one in back mounted on its deck. A single mounted gun which can fire either harpoons or nets depending on its setting completes the craft’s armament.
Since Makoto who designed and built the ship was a member of the Galley-La company, he had worked on Marine vessels before, and so was even able to get the ship equipped with the same Kairoseiki hull lining used in those vessels, a technology Makoto had become experienced in equipping to a hull from his experience building Marine Galleons. Finally, the other point worth mentioning is that the ship itself, in addition to having two sails, and paddle wheels, is also pulled by a single Juvenile Yuda Snake Rustom “acquired” [he stole it] on a visit to Amazon Lily shortly after leaving his friends following the crew’s separation. Abilities: [but no, actually I've consolidated his abilities a lot, as they now focus pretty much just on his Devil Fruit powers and swordsmanship, with a few minor things on the side]]In addition to his Devil Fruit abilities, Rustom is also an extremely accomplished swordsman, and supplements his swordsmanship with his Devil Fruit powers and vice versa. His particular style of choice is one he himself developed after being trained in basic techniques by Takeko of the Black Claw crew as well as by a few of its other members although Takeko was his primary mentor.
His style is called Jiten-To-Ryuu [Rotation Sword Style], and focuses on energy conservation through always keeping the sword in motion, allowing the sword’s weight to actually carry it forward through its own inherent inertia. The style may appear overly flashy and even wasteful, but this is only a surface appearance, and it is in fact extremely efficient, as it uses fluid, continuous motions that only stop once all the opponents are dead.
Proper use of this style is extremely difficult, as it is very, very demanding of its practitioners, but it is also supremely effective, and nearly impossible to counter. The style allows Rustom alone to single-handedly defeat entire battalions of Marines in mere minutes. This is because as soon as he has made one slash, his sword is already coming back around for the next, meaning he never stops attacking until he has completely finished off his opponent.
Jiten-To-Ryuu’s techniques are separated into various levels, much like San-to-Ryuu, based on how many swords Rustom uses in the technique. The style has elements of juggling in it where Rustom will throw his swords as a juggler might throw their knives, and since he often augments his swordsmanship with his Devil Fruit powers, he could theoretically hold a thousand or more swords at once.
Although not nearly as important as his swordsmanship, Rustom has also proven himself a very capable animal tamer, having collected and tamed a very large collection of the world’s most dangerous species of snake.
Rustom also has a number of non-combat skills gained from his eight years of experience as a pirate, as since he spent half his life pirating, Rustom has grown to be quite the experienced warrior, and sailor, as well as just being knowledgeable about the ways of the world. He has generally heard of most major organizations and places a pirate should be aware of, and his great wealth of experience gives him a considerable edge over someone who is only just starting out in a life of piracy.
Note: Rustom’s Jiten-To-Ryuu is based off of the similar fluid style used by the Rajput warriors of India that Rustom [the changed version of him as compared to his old incarnation as Hisoka from back at the old site] is based on.
Then, lastly, Rustom also has his new, and potentially very, very dangerous Akuma Haki ability, which when activated in full [he's still trying to learn to control it] turns him into a mad berserker that will destroy everything in sight . Animals: Daijishin [Major Earthquake]-Rustom’s person steed, a warhorse he acquired while on an island visit with his grandfather. He took in the horse after seeing its potential, as well as feeling that the horse reminded him of himself. He has donned the mighty steed in a full suit of horse armor complete with a skirt to prevent the horse from getting injured in battle. Daijishin is exceptionally strong, and Rustom uses him to carry his weapons into battle so that he doesn’t have to keep them all on his own person.
Rustom is very protective of the horse, and will not use him, sending the horse away when he feels a battle is growing too dangerous. Still, he has found that having a steed has augmented his abilities greatly, as it allows him to carry much more with him than he could previously, a problem he had dealt with while with the Thistlewoods and even before with the Black Claws. The horse, being a premier warhorse, is fully capable of fighting in its own right, Rustom boasting that he had deliberately sharpened and hardened the horse’s shoes so that they would cut like swords and crush like a mace. The horse also got its name from his ability to even cause strong tremors by stomping or when he was galloping along, his mighty hoof falls shaking the earth around him. Finally, attached to his head, Rustom gave Daijishin a unicorn horn-like blade mounted onto his helmet, so that the horse could actually have an effective weapon to fight with if it ever became necessary. He has trained the horse to use it, and Rustom’s companion has taken to these new skills quite well.
Numerous Snakes-Rustom owns an extensive collection of the world’s most dangerous snakes, including everything from cobras to rattlesnakes, and even more exotic, mystical species. He attained quite a few during his visit to Amazon Lily, that being the entire reason he had visited the island in the first place, and has even been meaning to return to Skypiea to capture the Sky Python that lives there so that he can add it to his collection as well [although he has yet to do this]. Still, his collection is quite extensive, and every species in it is somehow capable of being lethal to a person [this is his standard for allowing a snake into his collection. He has made an exception to this rule only once, that being for the old garnder snake he still owns from his childhood that had been his pet back then]. Devil Fruit: Hea Hea no Mi-Although there are many who are capable of manipulating their hair to limited degrees, true prowess in this field is only capable through this fruit, which grants extensive abilities in the area. First, its consumption causes the person who ate it to develop considerably more hair follicles than they would have had otherwise, equivalent in relative density to an Otter’s. Their hair also naturally becomes as hard as steel. The person is granted the ability to both grow, and then, even “ungrow” their hair, something only a person with this fruit can do. This is accomplished through the hair follicles essentially “eating” the hair they had produced, thus allowing the user to retract the large amounts of hair they produce with their powers, eliminating the need for having to constantly cut it off.
Then, they can also manipulate it, their strength with the hair usually roughly matching the relative strength they have with their own arms, this strength obviously increasing or decreasing the more or less hair they use to try and lift something. Then, the user can also produce large amounts of sebum oil, a substance that is produced in tiny glands attached to a person’s hair follicles [and therefore included as a part of them, hence the fruit allowing the user to manipulate them].
The user has a number of minor abilities with the fruit as well, such as being able to shoot out the hairs as if they were needles, and using their highly acute senses for vibrations along their length to determine information about their surroundings. Still, the main ability granted by the fruit is its capability to weave the hair into a virtually limitless number of shapes, although it cannot form it into wheels however, as that would require them to form something that could truly spin, which hair cannot do in the sense that a wheel would.
This sheds light on one of the fruits major weaknesses, that being that the user can only control their hair as long as it is directly attached to them, which means that any hair they produce can be used as a trail to lead back to them if they try to hide while using their hair to attack. Second, although the fruit greatly increases the efficiency of the hair production process, the user being able to produce hair at a fraction of the energy cost it would normally require [especially considering they do it in seconds as opposed to months like it normally happens], their energy supply is not limitless, and the fruit requires that the user eat very large amounts of food to supply the caloric energy needed to use their powers. And in the event that any large amount of their hair should be severed, the user then loses all that energy, since they will then be unable to retract it and break it down again to reuse.
More than any of these however, is the fact that despite being so hard and empowered by the fruit’s abilities, the user’s hair is still hair, and thus is still susceptible to all the weaknesses that a normal person’s hair is, including frying from electrocution, being burned from fire, getting dried out from high heat, getting weighed down when it becomes too wet, getting frozen from extreme cold and ice, and still, for any cutting force powerful enough to sever steel, getting cut. Rokushiki Ability: None Attack Names: Hea Hea Techniques [This isn’t even all of them. It’s just the main ones he uses most often. After all, his Devil Fruit allows him to essentially weave his hair into any shape he can think of, except a wheel, so he has an essentially limitless number of possible techniques he’s capable of using]
Hea Hea Snake-The most basic and also most commonly used of all of Hisoka’s Devil Fruit techniques. It simply consists of Rustom forming one lock of hair into a single long tendril, which he has tie itself around the ring on the end of one of his Kunai, before then wrapping itself around his Handle to create a sturdy and firm connection to it. This creates a simple construct that in use very much resembles a snake, as the kunai looks like a snake’s head, while the tendril resembles its body. This was one of the first true techniques Rustom invented with his powers, and he’s used it to great effectiveness ever since, continuing to do so right up to the present day.
Hea Hea Hydra-Essentially a bunch of Snakes being used at the same time. This technique is to Luffy’s Gattling what Snake is to his Pistol. Whereas Snake uses only one lock of hair, Hydra uses his entire head by separating it into a large number [32] of reasonably large, but still fairly small locks of hair that he then ties Kunai to the ends of [they sort of tie themselves], at which point they will all fly at the opponent or opponents at once, attacking them en masse.

Hea Hea Ghost Ship-Rustom uses his devil fruit powers to operate a ship single-handedly, usually manning the wheel in person, but doing all other tasks with only his hair. This greatly increases the efficiency of piloting the ship, and also allows Rustom to use entire large ships by himself without having to have a large crew of men to assist him as someone normally would [in general, the larger a ship, the more people are required to man it].
Hea Hea Explosion- It was this attack that gained Rustom his first bounty, and even to this day, it is easily one of his strongest techniques, or perhaps more aptly, abilities. This is so because Explosion isn’t so much a technique as it is a reaction. It is in fact, in its natural form, a complete lack of technique, that is, Rustom’s Devil Fruits powers going completely haywire when supercharged by his powerful emotions. When Rustom get so incredibly angry that he just completely loses control of himself, this technique is the result, and that is exactly what happened the day Rustom destroyed an entire Marine base when he was a child.
The move quite simply consists of the absolute maximum volume of hair that Rustom’s body can possibly produce being made at the maximum velocity all at once. This results in an enormous mass of hair seeming to literally “explode” from his body, washing over everything that he hasn’t put inside a Capsule and destroying it in a manner nearly identical in fashion and scope to a raging Tsunami obliterating a coastline. The enormous mass of hair will simply wipe out everything in the surrounding area, leaving nothing.
Usually when Rustom uses this move he passes out completely, but when he used it at the battle of Ennie’s Lobby, Rustom was able to stay awake after having used the technique, which meant that he could actually use the enormous volume of hair that the explosion had produced. This opened up an entirely new scale of techniques to Rustom, ones whose power could wipe out entire towns in seconds. Yamata no Orochi is the first of these techniques.
Hea Hea Yamata no Orochi- The first of a new order of techniques Rustom has created after beginning to learn to control the power of his Explosion technique. Named after the famous eight-headed snake of Japanese Mythology, the technique seeks to literally recreate that monster, and in fact does so quite effectively, truly creating a gigantic eight-headed dragon made using a combination of his hair produced by his Explosion technique, and his entire weapons collection, which he combines in a variety of ways to form the eight enormous snake heads, each one of them the size of one of his Imoogis.[
Jiten-To-Ryuu Techniques [To come, I’ll add them as he invents them]
Appearance: [I’ll add an extensive description of Rustom, as well as a picture, when I’m done drawing him, but for now I haven’t completely worked out what he looks like. Essentially though, he’s just an Indian version of Hisoka, still having the distinctive Bell shaped chin with the swirly goatee that was Hisoka’s defining physical feature.] Background: [Most everyone here already know’s the basics of Rustom’s history, which I will not change very much from his previous incarnation as Hisoka. Still, for the sake of those who don’t know it, I’ll recount it here, although I’ve tried to keep it as concise as possible. Yes, this is concise for Rustom's history, as it wasn't nearly as descriptive of the events as it would have been normally, basically just rushing through them]. Rustom was raised in the village of Kimi Machi on the Island of Asa Go Han in the West Blue. The island was presided over by an extremely corrupt Marine Captain by the name of “Quake Blade” Brannigan, called this for the enormous zanbatou sword he wielded with such power that it could cleave through the Earth itself [in much the same way as Morgan’s axe was shown doing during Luffy’s fight with him].
His grandfather, a famous Pirate and Warrior King of the Longarm Tribe, analogous to what Boa Hancock is to the Kuja, had moved there years before after having retired from a life of piracy. He lived in a small house on the outskirts of the town, essentially in exile.
Rustom himself grew up on his family’s farm, his father wanting nothing to do with his own father’s pirating ways, instead being very pacifistic, and also disliking his father a great deal. Rustom however had never been satisfied with the peaceful life, always wanting more, and so would sneak off to the library as a child, in addition to training in the forest with a crude bokuto he carved himself.
He had become enamored with pirates when a crew passed through their town one day, and upon seeing the Captain garbed in his decadent jacket and hat embroidered with gold and spun from the finest satins, he knew that that was the life for him. He had also begun to develop a liking for snakes after he took a Gardner snake he found in his parent’s crop fields on as a pet. Such snakes were harmless and even ate pests like rodents and insects, so his parents let him keep it.
Eventually though, one day when Rustom was eight, his parents found some of the reading materials he had hidden in his room, their subject matter pertaining to swordsmanship and military training, as well as a few newspaper articles on piracy. They demanded that he present them with every such material he had and then get rid of them. He refused, and ran away that night after a heated argument with his father.
The next morning, like a young child who had run away might be expected to, Rustom returned to his house from the small camp he had made for himself in the forest, to check up on his family and see how they were taking the fact that he was gone [essentially he had just run away as a stunt so they would listen to him]. He found his house empty however, and after searching nearby, slowly krept his way towards the center of the town, where he could gradually hear more and more noise coming from.
Finally upon reaching it, he climbed up on top of one of the nearby buildings, and watched what was going on from his perch on the rooftop. In the town square was the entire village’s population surrounding its mayor and Captain Brannigan, who were talking to each other. The villagers were in turn surrounded by Brannigan’s men, who despite their Marine uniforms, looked no different from the sort of people you’d expect to see on the worst of Pirate ships.
Rustom could faintly make out what was being said, although he had to strain his ears to hear it. The Mayor was arguing the case for the town, as on Asa Go Han island, every few months Brannigan and his men would go around and collect very hefty taxes from every town on the island, and any town that could not pay was automatically declared to be betraying the World Government by “refusing” to pay its fair share, and was promptly destroyed, its entire population slaughtered.
Kimi Machi had had a less than desirable crop the previous year, but it was currently September, and the harvest was set to begin the next month, the village having had a very good crop this year, which would allow them to more than make up for the shortage in the pay.
Brannigan refused the offer however, stating that he actually liked to have at least one village that couldn’t pay every once and a while, as it kept the others “towing the line.”
With that, he then proceeded to give the order, and right before Rustom’s eyes, the boy too terrified to even move, he could only watch as his entire village, all his friends and family [save his Grandfather, who Brannigan allowed to live only because he knew the old man was too strong for him without his entire force behind him] were slaughtered in front of him like animals.
And then, as the last of them fell, Rustom heard one of the marine soldiers call that he had spotted someone on a roof, pointing in his direction. This was all the motivation Rustom needed to spring his previously frozen body into motion, and like a rabbit spooked out of a bush, he took off, running down the curved roof and literally leaping off of it to the next one, continuing this until he reached the last roof, at which point he shimmied down as quick as he could and dove into the fields, running as fast as his legs could take him.
Fueled by the “flight” half of his flight or fight response kicked into its absolute limit by the overwhelming terror he was in, Rustom ran like lightning for the forest, hoping to lose his pursuers, who were still chasing him. After a short chase in the forest he was able to do this temporarily, at which point he went to his camp and gathered his things as fast as his trembling hands could. Once everything was gathered, his Bokuto tied on a rope attached to his back, and his pet snake tucked into his shirt, he heard the marines as they neared him, and so, he took off again, quickly being spotted.
Still, he was able to lose the Marines once again by diving into an old wolf den, and then, after climbing through it and coming out at the other end [animal burrows like that often have escape exits in case the first gets found]. After coming out, Rustom found himself at the edge of the Marine’s own camp that they had set up before making their way to his town.
Having by now calmed down a bit, and finding that his ploy of using the den had allowed him to lose his pursuers, Rustom’s thoughts now turned to revenge, to avenging his parents and friends, as the entire time he had been running, the only thing on his mind had been how much of a coward he was to have run for his life after sitting and doing nothing while his entire village was slaughtered, he, the only one who hadn’t been surrounded, and therefore, the only one who was actually in a position to do anything. He couldn’t shake the feeling that there must have been something he could have done if only he wasn’t so scared.
And so, sneaking into the camp, Rustom found his way to Brannigan’s tent, which he quickly darted into when the guard wasn’t looking. Once inside, his eyes searched the place for something he could try and use to kill Brannigan when he returned, Rustom’s working plan basically being to hide in the tent and assassinate the Marine Captain when he got back. Still, soon Rustom’s eyes gravitated towards a chest hidden in the corner of the room. Going over to it, he pulled it out from its hiding place and began to pick the lock, quickly getting it open, but finding only a fruit inside.
Taking it, Rustom then realized he was actually quite hungry after having run for his life, but it was just then that he heard Brannigan and his men coming back, and so, darting out from under the side of the tent, Rustom then quickly made his way back to the cover of the surrounding shrubbery.
Immediately after Brannigan entered his tent, Rustom could easily hear the man’s roaring screams from the edge of the camp, and he could make out two words repeated over and over, “Devil Fruit.”
It was then that he remembered reading about the mystical fruits of lore in a book he had gotten from the local library on Pirate legends, and he realized that the fruit he was holding was that fruit. Without a second thought, he gulped the thing down, surmising that he could use whatever power it granted him as his means of revenge to kill Brannigan. To his disappointment however, Rustom found himself unable to figure out how to activate his new power, and so, as the marines were being sent out to search for him, he then quickly realized he needed to get away again.
This time Rustom managed to get away without them seeing him, although he knew they were close behind, so he still ran once he felt he was a safe distance away. Upon exiting the forest, Rustom could see a caravan moving along the road that wound along below the hillside where he was standing. Making his way for it as quickly as he could, Rustom hid in one of the wagon’s although he was immediately discovered.
It was then that the marines exited the forest as well, and they too saw the caravan, and realized that their thief must have hidden themselves among it. Brannigan soon arrived and stopped the entire Caravan.
Just as Rustom thought he was about to be turned in however, one of the travellers, a short older man who vaguely resembled him stepped forward and claimed to be him, even holding the half eaten devil fruit that had been taken from Rustom after he was caught as evidence of his claim.
Brannigan fell for the lie, and shot the man dead right then and there, and as Rustom watched, he knew that that man, a complete stranger, had died just to save him.
Brannigan’s men then left, going back to their base on the other side of the island. Rustom realized if he wanted his revenge, he would have to do the same, and so left the caravan after they reached their nearest point to the port town where the base was located, Ba no Kon Machi, a name which meant [Place of Soul Town, the pun in its name is obvious, of course referring to the fatty meat strip known as bacon. The town itself is set on a cliff with alternating bands of red and pink rock that resemble that food item greatly.
Upon reaching Ba no Kon Machi, Rustom immediately made his way to the Marine base, which he promptly snuck into. After stealing himself a sword, he then made his way to the prison hold, where he then freed every prisoner held there after a short bout with the guard, who was drunk at the time.
Upon seeing all the men running out of the prison hold however, Rustom was quickly approached by a screaming Marine , who when Rustom looked up at him, he recognized as Captain Brannigan himself. Brannigan too, then recognized Rustom, remembering having seen him a few times upon previous visits to Kimi Machi, as well as being among the faces at the caravan [at the time, Brannigan had simply been under the assumption that Rustom had been slaughtered along with the rest of his town]. Putting the pieces together, he realized it had been Rustom who had eluded the pursuers and stolen his fruit, but just as he was about to draw his gun and shoot the boy, Rustom’s overwhelming emotions and ensuing mental breakdown brought about by the traumatic memories flooding through his mind finally activated his new Devil Fruit abilities, resulting in his first ever use of the technique Hea Hea Explosion.
From his body, an enormous mass of hair grew out at a rapid rate, washing over the entire base, part of the town, and even a marine battleship that had been docked in the base’s small marina for repairs, obliterating them all as if it were a tsunami [look at footage of the recent one in Japan and you’ll see that they really do stuff like that, and will obliterate everything for up to a mile inland or more depending on the strength of it].
Rustom immediately passed out after this, the shock from it actually nearly killing him. It was many hours before he awoke again, at which point he found himself literally stuck in a sea of his own hair, unable to move, but then, amazingly, just as it had appeared, Rustom found himself able to cause the hair to retract into his body, his hair follicles breaking it back down again into energy he could use. He also found that before he had used the technique, he had instinctively closed his belongings, including his pet snake and his precious Bokuto, in a sort of hollow capsule of hair that protected them from getting destroyed by the “explosion.”
Making his way out of the wreckage, he found a small dinghy that had been protected from the wave by the enormous Marine Battleship acting as a sort of giant shield for it. Taking the dhingy, along with what he considered an appropriate trophy in Brannigan’s prized Zanbatou, he then left his home island, setting out to sea since he knew he would be an outlaw from now on. As he had wandered about the wreckage after retracting his hair however, a photographer from the local newspaper had managed to snap a photo of him, and this became the image used on Rustom’s first ever Bounty poster, his price being set at 20 million in accordance with the large amount of damage and fatalities he had caused.
Soon though, only days after having set out, Rustom was picked up by a pirate ship, that although they initially tried to take him hostage, upon realizing that he was wanted, as well as a fairly talented fighter for a boy his age, they took him on as an apprentice, largely due to the Captain one James L. Black’s amusing idea that the boy would make a good mate for his daughter Lulu, who was also aboard the ship, despite her initial disapproval [more like pouting than true dislike, as even she thought he was kind of cute] of the idea.
Working as a chore boy initially, Rustom soon found himself in near constant bouts of either training, or intense labour. Still, he had helped his parents on their farm for years by this point [he was eight] so labor was nothing new to him.
Slowly but surely, Rustom earned respect, and eventually, renown among the crew for his determination, his ironclad will, as well as his extremely aggressive tendencies that made him a ferocious, although also somewhat reckless, fighter. He seemed to have no fear, and would always be the first one to jump right into battle, often having to be pulled back by James, or saved by one of the crew’s more senior members when he did something stupid. On more than one occasion he had brushes with death, earning the nasty scars to prove it, although for him they were badges of honor more than anything else.
Of all the crew, Rustom’s biggest mentor was a skilled Ninja swordsman by the name of Takeko M. Fukui. Rustom learned a great deal about swordsmanship, as well as stealth and guerilla warfare techniques from Takeko, the man being the direct source of much of Rustom’s fighting style even to this day.
Still, instead of directly adopting Takeko’s own swordsmanship style, Rustom chose to make his own, and developed this style more and more over his eight years with the Black Claw Pirates. During that time, he and the captain’s daughter, Lulu, developed a budding romance, and the two were eventually engaged to one another. Also, Rustom, although considerably skilled and talented, in addition to being a boy, found himself never able to defeat Lulu even once in combat, despite the fact that she was an unarmed fighter to his armed [he would actually fight her with swords]. She was simply too fast for him, her near Godlike speed and strength combined with her own potent Devil Fruit powers defeating him every single time they fought.
Tragically, one day when Rustom was 16, eight years after he had joined the Black Claws, the crew fell into a trap set by the Marines when they sailed into a heavy fog, only to find themselves completely surrounded by enormous Marine battleships when it lifted. The fog had been the work of Admiral Ao Kiji, who was leading the assault on the orders of a Tenryuubito. The crew’s bladesmith, an extremely old woman named Julia Witherspoon [she was 127] had just finished crafting her life’s work, her masterpiece, a sword that upon inspection, had finally fulfilled Julia’s lifelong dream by being deemed of the O Wazamono Grade.
The news of this event spread like wildfire, as a new O Wazamono [the highest class of Meitou, with there being only 12 of them in existence, according to the canon] had not been crafted in quite some time. One of the Tenryuubito, a young man by the name of Saint Abel, wanted the sword for himself so he could display it along with some other Meitou swords he owned [he collected them] and so, he ordered an entire fleet of Marine battleships, led by Ao Kiji, to pursue the Black Claws, take them down, and capture the sword.
Ao Kiji was easily able to disable the crew’s ship by freezing it to the water around it, and despite the crew’s valiant efforts in fighting the onslaught of Marines, it proved too much and they were quickly overwhelmed.
Still, hoping to at least save Rustom and Lulu, they began loading the crew’s most precious belongings [their favored weapons, mostly] into Rustom’s small sailing boat, which was equipped with a hollowed hull with ample compartments in it, as well as a single small deckhouse on its back end.
Just as they were finishing loading everything on, Rustom himself was making his way to Julia to get the sword she had worked so hard to create, and take it with him so that it wouldn’t fall into the Marine’s hands. Butt, just as he reached her, Julia was struck down by a bullet. Still, with the last of her strength, Julia activated her devil fruit powers, those of the [] no Mi, which allowed her to impart pieces of her soul into objects, usually just temporarily to empower them and allow her to manipulate them, but now, she imparted, literally her entire soul into the sword, bonding herself to it.
Rustom screamed as he saw her fall and quickly cut down the marine who had slain her, but just as he ran to her side, Ao Kiji entered the room. Looking down, and not realizing that Julia’s soul was now in the sword, he took it and was about to draw it and strike Ao Kiji with it before he was stopped by James as he entered the room as well through a specially enlarged door made for him [James had Giantism]. Facing off against Ao Kiji, James quickly transformed into his strong hybrid Zoan form, that of a Black Bear, which granted him even more size and considerably more strength. His signature twin axes in hand, he struck at Ao Kiji, a rather hefty amount of Haki placed behind his blows. Still, Ao Kiji simply stomped the ground and sent floorboards up, freezing them into a thick wall to block the blow, at least temporarily as he stepped back.
Rustom had to be nearly pulled away from James’ side as he watched him battling Ao Kiji, and finally falling as the Admiral breathed a blizzard’s worth of cold and ice onto the man, freezing him solid. Tears streaming down his face, Rustom was about to lose control and use his Explosion technique again when Lulu immediately came in and kissed him on the lips to stop him from losing control of himself.
Looking into her eyes, he saw she was sobbing just as much as he was, and as the two of them were whisked away onto Rustom’s boat, they could see that this was the end for the rest of their crew. Then, as if his situation wasn’t bad enough, just as they were leaving, Ao Kiji once again approached, swatting down their nakama like they were flies, and so, after they looked at each other one last time, Lulu then turned, jumped off of the boat, and with one strong kick to its backside, sent it rocketing down the rest of the ramp, through the ice field, and into the sea between the marine battleships surrounding their vessel.
Although every fiber in his being told him to go back, Rustom knew he had to leave, that the only realistic chance his crew had was for him to find strong allies and come back to rescue them from Impel Down where the majority of them would surely be taken. Still, their captain, James, would not be so lucky, and indeed, although he survived the hypothermia he got from his fight with Ao Kiji, it was only just long enough to be taken to Marineford and executed by decapitation on an enormous guillotine.
Now having lost his friends and family twice, Rustom had no choice but to set out and find himself allies who would be strong enough to stage a rescue of the Black Claws in Impel Down. His crew had been heading to Jaya anyway, as they had known they would be targets because of the sword, Jaya of course being a Pirate haven that was one of the few places pirates could truly roam freely, being free from Marine rule, and so Rustom decided to simply continue on his crew’s course to Jaya.
Rustom had gained great navigation skills by this time, as he had found a place for himself as the crew’s Helmsman [the guy who mans the ship’s wheel and is largely responsible for “driving” it] because his Devil Fruit powers meant he could essentially man an entire ship single-handedly, which automatically made him an invaluable asset to any pirate crew, and most likely the best helmsman on the planet.
Upon his arrival at Jaya, Rustom met up with and soon joined the Thistlewood Pirates upon the acceptance of his offer to do so by its veteran member Kusu.
After this Rustom quickly proved his usefulness, his hair powers allowing the crew a much safer method of reaching their goal destination at the time of Skypiea via a “giant beanstalk” he crafted, as opposed to the far more dangerous Knock-Up Stream that was commonly used.
Once there he also participated in a number of battles with the crew, his eagerness to please them and vigorous style showcasing itself fully as he always seemed to be the first one to jump into the battles they faced. While on Skypiea Rustom also took considerable interest in the Dials that were native to the region, and collected as many of them as he could, even seizing the opportunity to steal 200 of the otherwise largely unavailable “Jet” Dials when he found them being used as an emergency propulsion system on their enemies flying craft. He had also had the foresight to steal the enormous golden head that was the main conduit for channeling Enel’s electricity through the ship, as he had realized that it would be worth a colossal amount of money due to the sheer amount of mass that was in it, the entire thing being made of solid gold. The head was taken with them afterwards, being tied on the back of their ship by one of Rustom’s ropes, and floated on an enormous raft, made from the wood of one of Upper Yard’s trees.
In the end, he showed his worth, and became a full member of the Crew, coming along with them back down where they landed in a Marine base, where he once again showed his brutality, this time his excessive hatred for the marines making itself quite visibly apparent as he started killing them off as he would always do whenever he found himself in a Marine base. Still, for his new comrades, who were unaware of this side of his personality, or at least the full scope of it, his brutal and even cruel nature came as a bit of a shock to them.
Still, they quickly made their way out of the base, thanks in part to his efforts. After this the crew arrived on an island where they engaged the Foxy pirates in a Davy Back Fight, something Rustom had actually done before, making him especially useful, once again due to his much greater experience than his peers due to his eight years with the Black Claws.
In each event he participated in, Rustom showed his skills, being the only one of the crew to actually make it to the end of the Donut Race [although he was prevented from winning by a timely Noro Noro Beam courtesy of Foxy].
After helping his new crew through the Davy Back fight, Rustom found himself resting with the rest of them when he was confronted with his enemy Ao Kiji, who Rustom still wanted revenge on for what he had done to the Black Claws only a few weeks earlier. Although he fought the admiral valiantly, he, like the rest of his crew, was soundly defeated.
Escaping Ao KIji again, or from his point of view, losing his chance to take him down, Rustom then traveled with his crew to Water 7, where he found, of all things, his old crew waiting for him, his girlfriend Lulu having apparently been inducted into the Shichibukai in exchange for the release of her and her crew.
Being as rescuing Lulu and the others had been the entire reason Rustom had ever joined the Thistlewoods in the first place, after returning to them, he hit them with the bombshell that he was leaving the crew, revealing to them in full the reason he had originally joined them [despite the fact that he had directly stated it when he joined them in Jaya only weeks before]. The crew’s captain, Thistlewood, did not take this news well, and the two of them fought for Rustom’s right to leave.
The match essentially ending in a draw, Rustom then left and once again joined the Black Claws, but upon hearing of the Thistlewood’s plight of Kusu getting kidnapped by the CP9, he knew he had to help them one last time.
And so, adorning a disguise, becoming “the Rajput” a name taken from a powerful race of warriors he had read about in a book on his family’s geneology, he aided the crew in their assault on Ennie’s Lobby, fighting and defeating his counterpart Kumadori, another man who fought using his hair, earning a sizeable raise in his bounty for this crime, as well as others he committed during the battle.
Once he got back to Water 7 however, Rustom found out that the World Government would not allow Lulu to keep her Shichibukai status with him on the crew, as he had opposed the Marines too directly on too many occasions, his countless murders of Marines, and known policy to kill them on sight rendering this out of the question. Lulu considered giving up the status if it would mean she could keep him by her side, but she also knew that she wasn’t yet strong enough to directly oppose the World Government in such an open fashion. She and Rustom were really the only truly powerful fighters the crew had left, and that wouldn’t be enough to stave off any potential attacks that might come their way from a truly powerful opponent like one of the stronger Shichibukai, let alone one of the Admirals again. Lulu had always put the wellbeing of her crew first, and so she decided to keep her Shichibukai status, as her condition for taking the position had been that her crew were not to be touched, a privilege she did not yet feel ready to forego.
And so, with nowhere else to go, Rustom returned to the Thistlewoods, and was allowed to re-join after explaining his situation. Still, he is only with them long enough to participate in their final battle, his contributions being rather limited. Afterwards, the crew splits up, and Rustom finds himself once again on his own. And so, with no other options, he commissions his friend Makoto to build him a small ship he can man himself, which he does, and after it is completed, Rustom set out once again.
He made his way to, of all places, Amazon Lily, having heard tales of many wondrous species of snake that lived there, which he was interested in acquiring for himself. Rustom, who was still loyal to Lulu, had no interest whatsoever in the all female Kuja tribe that lived on the island, and upon finally arriving there using his ship’s paddlewheel to provide propulsion in the windless Calm Belt and its Kairoseiki Hull to avoid the attention of the Sea Kings plentiful in that area as much as possible, although Rustom still had to fight a few of them on his way there. By now though this was nothing special for him, and he managed it with ease.
Upon arriving there, he snuck his way into the village after hiding his ship. Although he was initiatially covering his face to prevent the villagers from realizing he was a man, when one of them referred to him as a “miss” he realized that most of them had never met a man before, and so wouldn’t be able to tell him apart.
Rustom had long since learned to try and disguise himself by adjusting his mannerisms when in a new place, a skill he learned from Takeko, and so, despite his awkwardness at his situation, he tried to blend in. Rustom wasn’t interested at all in the women residents of the island as many men who want to visit the place might be. Rather, he was here to get his hands on specimens of each of the island’s native snake species.
Quickly finding his way to the breeding center, he managed to steal himself eggs and baby specimens of all the major species, even including one of the offspring of offspring of Solome, Boa Hancock’s own personal snake weapon, and therefore, the strongest one in the entire country.
Immediately after doing this however he was discovered, and a large battle ensued that eventually ended up reaching its peak in the arena, where Rustom confronted and battled first the two strongest animal warriors in the kingdom, a black panther and then a large hawk owned by the Boa sisters. He defeated both easily. As the battle ended however, Boa Hancock took the chance to shoot Rustom with one of her Mero Mero beams, but was it washed over Rustom, nothing happened, and upon looking himself over, Rustom actually pointed and laughed at the shichibukai, mocking her that a mere light show wasn’t going to do anything to him.
The entire village, its population was watching from the stands, was in shock, and as Hancock then yelled at Rustom, demanding he tell her how he had resisted her charms, Rustom took a moment to take her question in before bursting out lauguing again. After calming down, he replied that his heart was already completely and absolutely devoted to his fiancé, and that he had no interest in anyone else. He then stated that even if he did have interest in other women, he didn’t even find Hancock attractive in the first place, because to him, beauty was about far more than just something as totally trivial as a person’s physical appearance. Rather, he judged beauty based on what he considered to be far more substantial measures, a person’s intellect, wisdom, kindness, and strength. To him, these things, far more than a person’s physiology, were a true show of beauty, and as such, to him, someone like Hancock who was completely spoiled and thought only of herself was, in a word, ugly.
Rustom’s use of that one word in reference to her sent Hancock completely over the edge, the woman’s Haoshokou haki being poured on at Rustom on full blast. Still, although the large pressure was definitely noticeable to Rustom, he, being an extremely skilled and powerful warrior, was more than capable of withstanding it [Haoshoko Haki is good for taking out large crowds of weak opponents, but not really very effective against a single strong one]. Ordering her sisters to follow her down and kill Rustom along with her, Hancock then went on the attack, and so, Rustom finally showcased his true abilities as the user of the Hea Hea no Mi.
Still, he found himself faced down with a very familiar ability that had nearly defeated him the last time he had run into it, Kenbunshoku Haki, or as he knew it, Mantra. Rustom had fought a powerful disciple of the warrior Ohm while on Skypiea who was a very proficient user of this ability, and so as the Boa sisters were continually dodging their attacks, he quickly recognized that he was dealing with the same power he had faced back then. His experience from that battle proved very useful, but he still found facing that ability again that had tripped him up so badly last time exceedingly difficult.
Once again, just as he had done in that battle, he was forced to call upon his O Wazamono sword, Hebereke Saishi, whose virtually perfect craftsmanship boosted his swordsmanship’s potency greatly. With the sword combined with his devil fruit powers, Rustom was eventually able to wear down the sisters, but just as he was about to defeat them, he was struck by a combination of Sandersonia’s Orochi and Marigold’s Hydra, whose steel like fangs left large gashes in his body.
Falling down, apparently dying, Hancock walked over and kicked Rustom in the head, laughing and bending backwards as she did so, but just as she turned away to walk off, Rustom’s hand shot up with lightning speed and grabbed her ankle, squeezing it extremely tightly. Then, looking up at her, Hancock saw with a horrified expression that Rustom’s eyes were glowing bright red, and looked like a snake’s.
Standing up, Rustom then pulled Hancock with him and threw her, slamming the woman onto the ground before reaching up, his nails growing into claws as he was about to literally rip out her throat. No one knew how, but Rustom had turned into some sort of demonic monster berserker, his human mind completely lost to his base animalistic instincts and hyper-violent nature.
What had in fact happened was that Rustom had finally awoken a power that had been mostly dormant inside him for years, an ability so feared and terrifying that it was said to be able to destroy entire islands. It was the official policy of the World Government that absolutely any person with this ability be killed on sight using whatever means necessary, whatever island they were on even having a Buster Call engaged on it if no other option was available.
This was because the incredibly dangerous power, one known as Akuma Haki, turned the person with it into a mindless berserker that would not stop killing until every living thing around them was dead. The ability was fueled by anger and rage, as well as the body’s flight or fight response kicked into a hyper-active mode, flooding the person’s mind with overpowering hormones. This did a few things. First, it reduced them into a bestial state where they would just go around killing everything in sight. The ability also greatly amplified the person’s own combat abilities, their strength, speed, durability, and other physical traits all being pumped up well past their natural limits. It even granted them a minor healing factor that allowed them to regenerate from relatively minor wounds while the power was in use.
Obviously such an ability was extremely dangerous for the user, as it rapidly ate up the person’s caloric energy reserves, similarly to pouring nitro fluid into a car’s engine. Although it would grant them a short, intense boost in strength, using it was extremely damaging to the user’s health, and they would be completely drained afterward.
Lastly, there were only five known ways to stop someone who had this power. The first was for the person to somehow be overpowered and killed, although their incredible boost in power and savage ferocity made this extremely difficult [still, it was the go-to method]. The second was for the person to succeed in killing every living thing in the surrounding area, as with nothing left to kill, they would essentially burn themselves out. The third way was for someone that the affected person had absolute and unconditional trust in to calm them down. The fourth was for the person to simply burn through their entire reserve of energy, after which they would pass out into a catatonic state for a matter of days. Finally, the fifth method was only possible if the person was a Devil Fruit user, but for their sake, was probably the most desirable, and this was for the person to have their energy sapped by either being forced to stay in prolonged contact with a kairoseiki stone or get submerged into the ocean [or just be exposed to whatever weaknesses their particular Devil Fruit might have].
It was in fact Rustom’s latent Akuma Haki ability that was the true source of the extra energy used in his famed Explosion technique, and every instance of his use of it had in fact been a small release of the ability’s power. Realizing the situation, Julia left the sword and entered Rustom’s mind as she had done in the past, attempting to brave it so that she could stop him from going berserk.
Still, the Kuja warriors were quickly getting overwhelmed by his newfound power, with many of them being cleaved through like animals. Then though, the unthinkable happened. Out from the disc of the sun fell into the arena, of all people, Rustom’s own grandfather Renato. He had in fact just come to visit his old friend Nyon from his days as a pirate, but upon hearing the commotion, had decided to intervene. With Renato’s help, the Kuja were able to work Rustom toward’s the harbor, where Renato promptly pushed him into the ocean. The water quickly sapped his remaining strength, and sure enough, Rustom passed out as expected.
With the crisis averted, Renato decided he would take custody of his grandson, and watch over and train the boy t handle his newfound power until he was ready to go out on his own again. Rustom has been training under his grandfather’s tutelage ever since, and now, more than a year later, is finally ready to set out again and find his old friends from the Thistlewoods, as well as continue his everlasting quest to bring down the Marines once and for all.
Dream: To completely and absolutely obliterate the Marines. Specifically, he plans to do this by marching on Marineford once he feels he is ready for it and burning the place to the ground, killing anyone and everyone there wearing a Marine uniform. He also has a minor dream to own a collection of every dangerous [enough to kill a person] snake species on the planet, at which point he wants to open an island sanctuary for them onc

Archetype: Hero Name: Breda Mallenhardt Nicknames/Aliases/A.K.A.: Breda "the strong" Age: Mid 20's Date of Birth: July 1st Zodiac: Aquarius Blood Type: O Sex: Female Allegiance: Chaotic good Personality: At first glance, Breda is an imposing woman. She is somewhat elitist and dislikes seeing any display of weakness. Being raised in a brutal environment has caused her to become fairly detached from her emotions. However, some who are close to her have claimed that she indeed does have a conscience, and is capable of kindness. Once she's softened up to someone enough, she is capable of showing a great deal of empathy and friendliness. History: Breda's parents died in a sandstorm when she was very young. She was soon afterwards kidnapped and sold as a slave. Her homeland's government was corrupt, and therefore overlooked the crimes of slavery by the high class. She, along with the other slaves were forced to perform grueling labor on constructing monuments for the wealthy. She was physically quite weak, and thus incapable of pulling her load most of the time. Breda was tormented by the others for her physical frailty. She was eventually taken in by a few older slaves, who frequently protected her from the more harsh actions of the slavers, or even other slaves. One day, however, she collapsed from exhaustion, and saw a vision. It was of a powerful warrior who's strength and skill were unparalleled. The vision spoke to her, telling her that she was destined to become a mighty warrior. She quickly realized the warrior in the vision was herself. In her spare time, she honed her physical abilities. She soon looked forward to the labor, as it allowed her to test out her growing strength. The slaves watched as the previously 'weak little girl' grew into a paragon of strength and stamina. Soon she could do the work of three men, then five, then ten, then twenty. Eventually, she was able to escape, as well as free her fellow slaves. She found work where she could get it. Abilities: Breda is a brawler through and through, using her immense strength and imposing size to her advantage in a fight. She is skilled in boxing as well as several other forms of martial arts. A prototype sheet from me!
This girl is based on an original story of mine I never got around to writing, from which I might draw others at some point, but I've got lots of ideas brewing.
Name: Amaranth Kilgain
Nickname: Ammy
Gender: Female
Age: 12
Birthday: April 14th
Homeland: Starfish Island
Height: 4'11"
Weight: 120 pounds
Build: Upon first glance, somewhat scrawny, but up close she resembles nothing so much as a suntanned leather bag with ship's rigging for muscle.
Hair: Auburn
Skin: Tanned, often windburned.
Eye Color: Rusty brown
Blood Type: A+
Race: Human
Alliance: Pirates, scalawags, ruffians, outlaws, anybody who lets romance rule their heart.
Personality: Ammy alternates between almost too-serious, driven and hidebound, and a kind of girlish whimsy that's gotten muddled up in entirely too many fanciful stories. She sees life as nothing more than a series of opportunities for adventure which far too many people entirely fail to capitalize on; she can't abide laziness or apathy, and seems to have no off switch on her mouth. Very upbeat, she's quick to sing any appropriate melody, even though every word is guarenteed to be off key, just as much as she's quick to anger and to rise to any challenge. This has gotten her into trouble more than once.
Weapons:
Mail-biter: A deceptively worn, haggard looking straight short sword a little less than the width of her palm and just longer than her forearm in the blade, it's edge having been beaten down and resharpened so often that it looks more like a saw than a sword in places, but it has never failed her so far.
Edge-blunter: A likewise hard-beaten shield of hammered steel covered in some unidentified leather, patterned like a turtle's shell, strapped to her left forearm. The numerous dings on the edge mark it as often used for offensive purposes as defensive.
Battle Bangles: She calls them bangles, but they go on her legs, metal sheathing them from ankle to knee. It's possible that she has no idea what a bangle is, or for that matter what any form of jewelry is.
Ship (if any): none, looking
Abilities: Despite her young age and tiny size, Ammy displays a proclivity for fighting that seasoned veterans and brawlers often find intimidating. She's far too strong for a girl of any size, let alone her own, and with it comes a whiplike alacrity of movement.
She seems to have all the clumsy awkwardness of youth matched with an alarming agility, and in battle her ability to weave and maneuver among opponents is not so much a dance as a slightly artful, and very, very violent stumble.
Entirely without meaning to, she seems to have developed a talent for the use of Haki; but what form is totally unclear, and her unpracticed use of it obscures it's true nature, as it only appear in fits and starts when she gets worked up.
Devil Fruit: None
Rokushiki Ability: None
Attack Names:
Rolling Thunder: Hurls herself at her opponent with a twisting, looping motion that carries all of her limbs in circuitous motions. Tends to batter down defenses with unpredictable strikes.
Heavy mountain: Places herself into a nigh impossibly sturdy stance that absorbs and displaces momentum, letting an opponent crash into her to deplete their energy before making a little shove backward and a follow up of disproportionate violence.
Heroes never die!: Moves her body in a deceptively clumsy fashion to avoid attacks and slide through them with her sword leading the way. Often, but not always followed up by the un-official fourth attack: "Girly dance of emasculating triumph."
Appearance: She's short, petite, and flat chested, with unremarkable features, one tooth missing and the rest rather crooked, freckles a little too plentiful to be cute, even on her darkly tanned face, her hair "managed" on the best of days. Not ugly, only not so special to look at, though she hardly bothers with appearances, except when those involve being heroic. She's slightly duckfooted, and seems to have completely missed the memo that good fighters move with some semblance of grace or balance. Everything about her seems to be fighting a war between the cute and the hardworn, from the armor (a dress, if they made those out of boiled leather and chain mail) down to the sandals (Ponies drawn on the heels; but the soles are lined with metal spikes).
Background: Born on an unremarkable island to unremarkable parents, she attended an unremarkable school, until the isle was attacked by unremarkable pirates. Being so unremarkable, and more importantly unimportant, the marines could not be reached for help, and thus it seemed that all was lost, until the brigands were defeated by a lone, wandering swordsman before the young girl's eyes; a visual confirmation of the heroic ideals she'd internalized at her father's knee; only confirmed when she asked the stranger how she could be more like him.
"Three things." he said, slightly in his cups and therefore good humor. "Always do your best to help the weak. Never let evil go unpunished. Work hard to be strong so that you can do these things. And always brush your teeth and have clean underwear."
"That's four things." She replied, brows furrowed.
He shrugged. "Alright, four things."
From this she gathered that knowledge of mathematics was not at all important for heroics, and dropped out of school to begin training; starting with the usual stopping of bullies and petty crimes, before chasing her dream across the seas, growing stronger all the way. The more she practiced, the more she loved it; it felt good to be the hero, and she was good at it, better than any unremarkable thing she'd done before. The world around her only seeming to want to oblige her in her yearning for an adventurous world.
Dream: To be the greatest hero in history.

Name: Arnell Aigorn Gender: Male Age: 24 Birthday: March 8th Homeland: A Home To Tigers (A small island in Paradise). Height: 5'11" Weight: 188 lbs Build: Well defined muscles, and a stocky build with broad shoulders, narrow hips, and a little bit of fat. Hair: Shaved (buzz cut) brown hair, with a slightly groomed beard and mustache that gives him a wild, untamed look. Skin: Very light brown colored, prone to getting darker when tanned. Has probably never experienced a sunburn. Eye Color: Piercing yellow eyes. Blood Type: A+ Race: Human Alliance: He's a pirate. Personality: Arnell is a genuinely nice guy to be around. He'll join in on singing songs, smile and laugh, and have a good time if that's what's going on around him. He isn't always very serious, and since eating his devil fruit, he's become even less so. He has a very wild nature about him, and hates being caged. He prefers sleeping outside, hearing the waves or sounds of nature around him. Arnell enjoys a good fight, and dislikes cowards more than anything, barring the World Government. It is why the Tenryubito are so hated by him, besides once being a slave. Weapons: If required, Arnell will likely use an improvised weapon like a chair or anything lying around. In his human form, he's likely to use daggers or quick, small weapons. Ship (if any): N/A Abilities: Because of Arnell's devil fruit, he can regrow limbs, organs, and various other parts of his body. This exerts a huge amount of energy, and he's not likely to be able to do anything for the next day or two. Depending on what's being regrown, it may even be up to a week. Arnell trains daily in order to keep his speed and strength up to par. He has never experienced a Rokushiki user, so he knows little of just how far the human body can go, and hasn't had to push himself yet on the Grand Line. Time will likely change that. Devil Fruit: Sara Sara no mi, Model: Spotted Salamander Arnell is a Spotted Salamander Man. As with all Zoan-types, he has two forms which he can call upon, those being an anthropomorphic form and a bestial form. Most of the secondary abilities will be explained in the attack names. Anthro Form: Arnell takes on many aspects of a Spotted Salamander, while still bipedal. He can use most of his salamander based abilities in this form. Because of his slippery skin, holding weapons becomes problematic in this form. His normal skin coloration turns a jet black color, with yellow spots about his back and tail. His arms and legs remain long enough that normal martial arts do not become a problem. He is much more flexible, due to the nature of Salamander skeletal structures. Beast Form: In this form, Arnell's legs and arms become a bit stubbier, but the fingers extend and become more dexterous. It allows him faster movement in this form, and his Salamander Dive is most effective in this form. His entire body becomes more flexible than his anthro form, more like an actual Salamander. He will attack using less martial arts and more fantastical abilities while in this form. Rokushiki Ability: N/A Attack Names: Salamander Dive: Because of his slippery skin in his Salamander forms, he can slide around on his belly. Doing this at a greater speed with the intent to harm has proved effective against enemies. Salamander Bomb: Excreting toxins from his poison glands in Salamander forms is fine and dandy, but Arnell has learned to concentrate it into one huge bubble, which he can then throw at enemies. His poison is nonlethal, but it's sure to daze enemies if they breathe it in. Salamander Surprise: In Salamander forms, Arnell can burrow into the ground, and then up under an enemy for an uppercut attack! Unlike the Mole-Mole Fruit, he cannot dig into anything. The ground usually has to be soft, like moist dirt, or sand. Salamander Chomp!: Arnell's bestial form allows his jaw to expand like a Salamander's. Because of his size, he can latch onto limbs or even someone's head, generally being a nuisance. It's not a very effective attack, but it is very amusing. Arnell does not have many named attacks, since he is mostly a martial artist, and cannot be as creative with his attacks a Paramecia user probably could be. Appearance: Based on this appearance: The appearance of Arnell doesn't usually change much. He typically wears an assortment of leather armor with pouches and a satchel on the side to carry small things. His pants and shoes are made of lightweight material allowing him to move fast in most of his forms (since OP logic = clothes expand with the ability). Arnell will also usually be wearing the pelt of a creature that he's hunted on the island, or previous island, if he can find one that he likes. Typically, it's some sort of canine, since they make ferocious looking pelts. Felines are also a favorite. He is known to wear fur bracers. There are also loose clothing scraps and other such things about his usual attire. He doesn't change it or repair it often, so it looks old and messy. Sheathes for his daggers are hidden under the loose parts of cloth scraps. Background: Slaves. The Tenryubito never had them in short supply. Even their wives were slaves in a sense. Arnell's parents were lucky, for awhile. Both of them hardly knew each other, but in some sick game, the Celestial Dragon who owned them, had them breed like animals, or be shot. Obviously, they chose to live. Arnell would later question why they would want to live and suffer like that, but that's getting ahead of the story. Nine months later, a yellow eyed child was born. First came the Hoof of the Flying Dragon, and second came the child rearing. His mother and father were separated from him, and he was raised by a more recently purchased slave specifically for raising children. For years, Arnell wouldn't question his lot in life. He saw so many slaves, he thought everyone served the Tenryubito. He was the perfect slave, doing whatever his master told him to do. Children were funny, especially when raised to perform and do tricks. He was like a little clown. His master probably had that in mind for him, but things changed. Fisher Tiger came. Their homes were on fire, explosions were going off, and slaves were escaping. "You're free! Run! Freedom at last!" These words held little meaning to Arnell, being raised in captivity, but the woman who raised him knew what they meant. She took his hand, and they ran like all of the rest. Boats took them far down Paradise, and Arnell spent the rest of his life on a small island inhabited by vicious animals, with several other slaves. Their resentment for their former masters imprinted on him. Many of them were former pirates, and their mindset too, was instilled upon the young Arnell. He was taught to hunt, and to help his fellow man to keep the community alive. Still, he didn't feel quite right in his heart. The sea called to Arnell, but he didn't want to leave. The people who raised him were here. He would call all of them family, for there were few ways to suffer more than being a slave to the Celestial Dragons. His foster mother was empathetic to him, and with her encouragement, he set off on the Grand Line with a an old Log Pose with enough food to get him to the next island. What he did from there was up to him. There was nothing left for Arnell on A Home For Tigers other than the people he loved. He could always come back after his wanderlust had been sated. From there, the young man went from island to island, careful not to show the brand that marked him as a slave. He was sure to avoid marines wherever he could. Arnell often found himself a stowaway on other ships. To this day, he has not been able to find a crew to adventure with. It doesn't stop him, though. He's even found great treasures in his travels, though he usually gambles them away. On one island, he gambled a great deal of his treasure and lost all of it, trying to win a Devil Fruit that no one knew the power of. Naturally, he couldn't except that, and stole it right out from under them, in plain sight. He ate it before anyone could capture him. People on the island frequently call people who lose all of their money reckless salamanders because of him. For now, Arnell drifts from island to island, hoping to one day find a crew, and upset the balance of the world. Most notably, he wants the Tenryubito out of power. Dream: To upset the balance of the world, and revenge upon the Tenryubito. As a pirate. Revolutionaries don't seem as free to him.

right, so I have 2 I'm working on that I can't decide between, so I'll just post both to make sure they're both approveable and also take votes on which one people would prefer to see. I don't know your policy on multiple characters but the one I don't use will hopefully show up later if that's fine.
First Name: Coyote Magnum Gender: male Age:41 Birthday: May 26th Homeland: Dry bluff Height:5'4" Weight:165 Build: fit but average Hair: none Skin: Reddish-brown with yellow splotches Eye Color: blue Blood Type: B Race: Pistol shrimp fishman Alliance: Bounty hunter
Personality: Typically very quiet on his own. Competitive. Never one to back down from a challenge and quick to resort to violence when insulted. Fond of giving people an icy stare. Shows a steely resolve and can be very hard to scare or intimidate. Known to be a heavy drinker/smoker. Has a tendency to attract tumbleweeds in environments they would typically not be in
Weapons: Carries a knife but tends not to use it in combat much. Abilities: A student of Fishman karate, he dabbles in other techniques but mostly focuses on the water shot. By firing it from his pistol shrimp claw it's effectiveness is drastically increased. While not the most powerful water shot in the world it's speed is significantly higher than a even an experienced fishman's.
Appearance: His right hand is a large crustacean claw while his left has a normal human shape. He wears a light brown duster covering his short shrimp tail and a matching wide brimmed cowboy hat. Black chaps cover his two skinny legs and he has crossed bandoliers over his white shirt, though they are empty as he carries no real gun. His face comes to a point giving away his shrimp nature and two long antenna stick out under the back of his hat.
Background: Comes from a dry summer island that looks like a spaghetti western most the time. Being an effective combatant but never really finding any goals worth fighting for he became a bounty hunter and spends most his free time between jobs drinking at various saloons. (will expand on later if the rest is okay'd)
Dream: Finding a worthy dream IS his dream, for now.
second Name: Jack Ringer Gender: male Age: 28 Birthday: July 7th Homeland: Toroa, a west blue island known only for the large casino there. Height:6'1" Weight: 210 Build: kinda top heavy, built arms/torso, but skinny legs Hair: Red Skin: white Eye Color: brown Blood Type:ab+ Race: human Alliance: neither, yet Personality: Known for his love of gambling he's earned the title "Gambling Jack". A man obsessed with luck he often makes reference to it during conversation. brash and headstrong, he often dives headfirst into danger, his life being just another bet in his high stakes game. Nearly always smiling he sees life as a game and treats it as such, whether winning or losing.
Weapons: Carries no sword, only his hands to protect him
Ship (if any): owns a small boat which he calls the Red Ace.
Abilities: Abnormally strong, he's fully capable of throwing a grown man a great distance with one hand. Deceptively fast as well, though usually only in relation to catching things, He can even catch a bullet if he knows it's coming. People question if these things are natural or an extended part of his devil fruit power but having had it so long even he doesn't know. To maximize the effect of his devil fruit he's trained in a grapple/throw based martial art similar to a combination of wrestling and judo. He has a history of being very lucky.
Devil Fruit: The Grip-grip fruit. A paramecia type that allows the user to safely get a firm, inescapable grasp on anything. This ability only applies to the users hands.
Appearance: swept back shoulder length red hair, square jaw with a slight double chin. He wears an open knee-length black coat with sleeves roller up to the elbow over a poofy dark green shirt and brown pants. The soles of his black shoes have an indent and leave little spades in the heel of his footprint. As a result of his devil fruit the palms of his hands and and bottom of his fingers are a light blue color.
Backgound: He lived as a homeless orphan on Toroa through his adolescence. After going several days without food he came across some pirates in the casino wagering a devil fruit on a game. Having nothing to offer in exchange he risked becoming a slave by betting his freedom against it. Against all odds, he won. Starving, he ate it without knowing what it was. After that he made all his money through games of chance and eventually acquired his boat letting him take out to sea is search of bigger stakes. (will expand on later if okay'd)
Dream: To risk it all and win big on the greatest table of all; the Grand Line.

Name: August Garling
Gender: Male
Age: 41
Birthday: February 2nd
Homeland: Unknown; presumed West Blue
Height: 6'9"
Weight: 280 lbs
Build: Hard-muscled, rangy.
Hair: Salt and pepper, close cropped.
Skin: Leathery brown.
Eye Color: Grey
Blood Type: B-
Race: Human
Personality: A harsh and unforgiving man, often likened to a mountain by those who come into casual contact with him; he can come across as jaded and cynical in his rare moments of casual conversation. He isn't the type to make his emotions obvious, but those whom he trusts sometimes see another side of him; he is a natural optimist, but has been worn down by the weight of the world he bears a unique perspective on.
Weapons: Executioner's blade: A large, heavy sword meant to be used with two hands, it lacks both a sharpened point and a guard, as it is intended not for combat, but to cut the head from a condemned man with a minimum of effort and pain. His own is a nearly perfectly flat plane of thick metal, heavy and dull colored, adorned subtly with tiny carvings; rumor has it that they are the names of the men whose lives the blade has taken; an intimidating prospect, for the blade is nearly covered in the tiny writings, but in truth they are the last rites of every major religion to use such things, in as many languages as he could find to write them in.
Ship (if any): The Lady Justice; a three-masted magistral galley, intended to be used as a mobile court house, and if necessary, gallows. It flies the flag of the naval military court; a seagull holding a set of scales dangling from it's beak.
Abilities: A stern and uncompromising commander of men, Garling commands a well-crewed ship of disciplined men, including his own squads of magistral military police; elite marines selected personally by him both for their abilities and their strong personal senses of justice. Never a man to command from the rear, he has personally attended every arrest he has ever ordered, and despite his harsh demeanor, he has won the respect of all of his crew with his dedication, tenacity, and ability.
Devil Fruit: Hanji-Hanji (Judge-Judge) Fruit: A paramecia which allows one to make "Judgments" upon others. Garling has the ability to sense the "Sins" a person has committed as a kind of instinct, based on proximity, and if he is able to touch their skin, he can inflict the weight of these transgressions as a literal force exerted on their body. It is a rare event that he actually executes a man, as very few have ever truly committed so many sins that they can never be forgiven; signified by the weight of their own evil driving them to the ground with their head bowed low.
Appearance: A big man, but not so big compared with many in the world, he is thoroughly middle aged, but hasn't lost a step; rigid discipline keeping his body hardened and his mind sharp. His features are rocky and hard edged, with a prominent brow and a chin you could sharpen a knife on, sharp grey eyes, and a habit of looking at you very thoroughly in a way that most people never manage. He wears a hard-starched and pressed naval uniform; not the typical suit of an officer, but standard navy whites, his coat of office in magistral black along with his hat, the coat emblazoned with the Kanji for "Judgment" rather than the typical "Justice" in white.
Background: As a young man, he was as idealistic and driven a marine as anyone could ask for; his advancement barred only by certain incidents of conflict with his superiors over perceived indiscretions, which eventually led him to transfer into the military police, where he served as an officer for nearly ten years before promotion to his current rank of Judge Magister; a position as often derided as it is dreaded, although his presence has gradually shifted the perception toward the latter rather than the former.
Throughout his career, he chased not only pirates, but every manner of criminal, including ones internal to the marines, lending to the fear and bitterness many feel toward the black-capped judicial marines. As he advanced and expanded his influence, he grew more and more cold and distant, losing much of the fire that marked his early career and replacing it with icy bitterness. Secretly, he nurses a strong contempt for the upper echelons of the marines, whom he regards as thugs as often as they are men of justice, and the world government, which he sees as a corrupt, sprawling tangled monster badly in need of a thorough and very final pruning of it's many festering limbs. Increasingly, he feels conflicted about his position as an instrument of justice, wielded by unjust men.
"The young and ambitious people of this world; those with a fire burning inside him, who love this world and one another, are turning to piracy, crime, and rebellion. What does that say about we old men who presume to dictate justice?"
Dream: To see a world without injustice.

Name: Rioul Schway Gender: Male Age: 23 Birthday: March 23rd Homeland: Nanohana Alabasta Height: 5'11 Weight: 230 lbs Build: Barrel Chested and stocky Hair: Dirty Blonde but keeps his head shaven Skin: White, with a light tan Eye Color: Blue Blood Type: B+ Race: Human Alliance: Pirate Personality: Rioul is a very forward person with a very simple tactic to making his way through life. "If you can't beat 'em, trick 'em, and if you can't trick 'em, beat 'em." While not every problem can be solved in this way Rioul finds that 9/10 it works out just fine. When all else fails Rioul chalks it up as a loss and moves on. Weapons: A small barrel cannon that Rioul carries harnessed to his back, as a human it is nothing but a burden that slows him down. As an elephant it sits atop his back, unusable for his lack of hands but makes for a fine mobile artillery piece for others to man. Finally in his hybrid form Rioul can use the cannon either as a large heavy club or to fire off cannonballs. Ship (if any): Doesn't own a ship.
Abilities: Rioul fights in a very direct way, where some augment their physical strength through the use of martial arts and the like Rioul has never practiced any form of martial art, he has always found his overwhelming strength to be more than enough. Before eating the Zo Zo no Mi Rioul fought in a much more defensive and tricky manner, throwing sand or leading his opponent into traps. When outmatched Rioul falls back on his old habits.
Devil Fruit: Zo Zo no Mi. A Zoan type fruit that allows those who consume it to become an elephant as well as an elephant-human hybrid. The full sized elephant form stands 12 ft tall and weighs just over 7 tons. His hybrid form has a comparable weight, but stands upright at nearly 20 ft in height. Both forms retain the strength of a full grown bull elephant, complete with tusks, trunk, and thick elephant hide, while the hybrid form also gives Rioul access to hands while putting the tusks and trunk far above where most fighting occurs, and the tusks can make it difficult to speak.
Rokushiki Ability: N/A
Attack Names: -Elephant Cannon: Rioul fires a round from his cannon that detonates on impact. -Cannon Leap: Rioul fires the cannon while still human to throw himself violently in the direction he is facing. -Sand Trumpet: Rioul fires a blast of sand out of his trunk at the face of those fighting him. -Catch!: Rioul throws his cannon to someone in the same manner you would toss someone something they asked for, hopefully tricking them and pinning them beneath the weight.
Appearance: Rioul is a Caucasian man with a very slight tan. He has fair skin but no freckles of note. The most notable thing about him is how muscular he is, while not exactly at the level of a bodybuilder, anyone who glances at Rioul will see a very muscular man. To top it off, Rioul almost always goes without shirt or shoes, opting to just wear a pair of loose threadbare and stained shorts.
Background: Rioul grew up in Nanohana working in his fathers shipyard hauling freight on and off of ships. A fairly standard life full of mundane yet well paying work from the age of 12 to 18. At 22 however things changed. While carrying a large crate late one night Rioul tripped and the crate carreened into the docks before him revealing a brightly colored fruit. Rioul had seen a Devil Fruit be shipped before, and recognized what he saw in front of him. Either a fortune in beri or a fortune in worldly experiences. Rioul didn't even need to think, he ate the fruit and hopped the next ship out of Nanohana with a note to his family telling them he was leaving and a dream. He's been working to earn his way from ship to ship ever since.
Dream: Rioul hopes to someday be rich and rule all of Alabasta.
