Hi all. The time of the first One Piece Roleplay 'World War' Arc is fast approaching, what with the meeting thread coming to a close. We haven't really established a set 'system' for how the war will be facilitated so let's use this thread to set a foundation and contribute ideas and whatnot. I can edit this first post later on to include whatever we agree to implement but for now I'll just include this sample post to give you all an idea of what my vision of a battle within this war would look like. Example Post; Ravunya vs Arkady --- The gleaming silver steel of the Ravunyan legions poured across the sandy desert plains of the battlefield. Officers shouting orders, a large force of melee combatants formed a wedge to drive into the Arkady formations, three solid blocks of archers and spearmen following behind the driving wedge.
~
Snake grinned as he drew his saber in a slither of steel, Luis emerging from his jacket and twisting himself around the Ravunyan's free arm. Now armed, Snake launched himself at Slythebot 001, slashing down at the drone's helmed head with a roar. --- Part A of Post: Detailing the movements of your army, the MACRO portion of the battle. ~ Part B of Post: Detailing the individual actions of your Commanding Officer as they are fighting the other army's Commanding Officer, the MICRO portion of the Battle.

What are the alliances going to be? From what I can tell thus far;
Side A = Regala, Galatae, Vengeance
Side B = Arkady Industries, Ibaia
I'm not sure where Coryphaeus or Ravunya fit into the picture, as I can't really gauge them yet.

Let's get a gauge on each country's standing with each other atm. I'll go first.
Ravunya
Coryphaeus - A wary respect, seeing as they're a fellow warrior nation superpower, that poses a threat to the country's safety. But there is a respect for their strength and reputation, Velnius and Vermillion seem to be getting pretty chummy.
Regala - They're a very dangerous presence in the world, and they've already shown clear animosity to the Ravunyan Flag. They need to be dealt with.
Vengeance - They're a mystery, could be a threat, or a potential great ally. No real opinion on them quite yet.
Galatae - A dislike of their haughty and hostile attitude and disposition, not necessarily enough to want to regard them as an enemy however.
Arkady - Complete dislike. Their slimy politics and blatant warmongering plus their manipulative nature completely clash with Ravunyan morals and values.
Ibaia - Largely a mystery like Vengeance, but seeing as the crown prince seems to respect and trust Sable, that could mean something.

Edited, more detail now. Dating sim version is at bottom of post.
Arkady Industries
Coryphaeus - A.I acknowledges the power of the country and would be interested in engaging in trade with them. However, there has not yet been an excellent opportunity to make an offer that they cannot refuse. A.I would never see the country as an equal, no matter how powerful it is, but has no problem in treating it as one for pragmatic purposes. A.I does see how the country, even if turned into an ally, could one day be a great threat, especially since the goals of the two political entities would inevitably clash. Because of that, there is something that they seek more than the opportunity to ally with them, especially since there is no certainty that Coryphaeus would agree to such an offer: The opportunity to destroy them and thus, remove any danger they would pose to the corporate empire.
Regala - Definitely an enemy, although not necessarily a significant threat, to Arkady Industries, mainly of its king killing several Victorians, injuring/harming many others, destroying A.I property without paying for it, and attacking the C.E.O. Such acts constitute a declaration of war, which is good since it would have taken much more convincing, propaganda, and paperwork for A.I to declare war on Regala first. Simply conquering Regala, taking all of its possessions and then installing A.I factories and a money-making system onto the already merchant-focused nation would be quicker and less costly (if the war goes well, that is) than engaging in trade with them and having to go through years of diplomatics and scheming to achieve the same result. In the end, A.I expects it to be a textbook domination-and-annexation of foreign territory, just like all of the other Sectors that are part of the empire. The fact that this future Sector has such odd allies is something new, however...
Vengeance - While their revolutionary origins and equality-centered way of life contrast with A.I's domineering empire-status and "survival of the fittest" ideals, Vengeance could easily serve as a source of revenue and technological innovation. A.I does not think that the technology of Vengeance is superior, but knows that they are a good candidate for second place and unlike the other candidates for second place, Vengeance is not an unorganized wasteland. A.I has no quarrel with Vengeance since the country is bound by contract to the company and thus, is a legal and cooperative ally. Should Vengeance dare to break the contract however, the final clause of the contract shall come into effect without any thought to the help that Vengeance had ever given to A.I: That by not abiding to the terms of the contract, Vengeance shall suffer the full wrath of Arkady Industries. Of course, this doesn't mean that A.I will simply ravage the whole country; they'll simply let Vengeance relive those good old days of classic oppression and exploitation instead of the more-or-less comfortable partnership they currently share.
Galatea - Truly the prime example of a primitive warrior-culture that exists only to be conquered and the natural resources of their land utilized for Arkadian purposes. In their rapid expansion, A.I has come upon many warrior-cultures that were similar to Galatea. A.I conquered them easily, incorporated their islands into the Arkadian economic machine, and made use out of the oh-so-great warriors in various ways, the most common one being employing them at gunpoint. The more uncooperative ones were usually not killed, but taken away and made full use of one way or another. A.I does not see them as a threat, but like Regala, as a textbook conquer-and-annex case that isn't too much to get excited about.
Ravunya - Before the meetings, A.I would have tried to engage in trade with Ravunya without thinking of it as a very special country. It would have acknowledged that Ravunya was more powerful than the average customer, but not so powerful that A.I would treat with any special amount of attention. It would have been a simple relationship of trade just like all of the other customer countries, and if Ravunya never accepted A.I's offers then A.I would put some effort into trying to manipulate Ravunya into a deal but would not treat it as first, second, or third priority. It would have been a regular manner of business. However, the ruler of Ravunya has expressed their dislike of the C.E.O, which obviously shows hostility on their part, which decreases the chance of any business working out between the two. So far, there has been nothing that would be reason enough for A.I to start a war on the country, but A.I would not be reluctant to engage in such conflict. In the end, it would result in even more profit for A.I and excellent propaganda for the empire: That they the mighty and foreboding Ravunya and its legendary warriors fell to the technological might of the Arkady Industries. Very few would dare stand up to the corporation after that, which would be good since legally making a profit off of cooperating vassal nations and eventually annexing them is much cleaner in terms of paperwork than conquering countries through military might.
Ibaia - There is no hostility between A.I and Ibaia. A.I knows that Ibaia could not feasibly serve as a conventional customer, but it is interested in its technology and secrets. Therefore, alternative methods must be taken. A.I would seek a relationship in which Ibaia becomes a servant country to the empire and in exchange for whatever Ibaia would want from the Arkadians, Ibaia would share its knowledge and resources with them. That is the ideal solution. Perhaps over time, Arkady Industries's hold on the people of the wasteland would strengthen until Ibaia could simply be annexed as a Sector and no one would tell the difference. After all, the people of Ibaia seem to be apathetic about many things, which is a sign of a good customer who would accept contracts and business proposals with little care and much cooperation. In that way, A.I sees an ally in Ibaia who would present little-to-no problem in the future, unlike Vengeance or Coryphaeus if the latter ever tried to ally with Arkady Industries.
Arkady Industries - The employees don't care much about the world war. They know that it will bring in quite a lot of profit and additional work, but care not for the fact that many people will die in it. They have little emotion or feeling on the subject; after all, why should they? It's just business.
Coryphaeus - Recognizes her power, but doesn't respect it. The fact that Coryphaeus could be a big problem in A.I's life makes her seem all the more unappealing. Nevertheless, her sexiness cannot be denied and it might be nice to have such a tough, strapping lady like that on his side~
Regala - 1/10, would not friend. She seems a little pretty, but her tragic past doesn't excuse her violent and destructive behavior. She really hurt A.I and isn't even sorry for it, the witch. Also, if anything, her tragic past is actually much funnier than Regala thinks it is, especially since it was Regala's own fault because of her weakness. If anything, she deserves what pain is coming to her.
Vengenance - A very unstable relationship between the two. They signed a contract together and are, thus, bound together, but it seems as if Vengeance is thinking of breaking the contract! That would result in an instant hatred because of how important contracts are to A.I. It would just be not cool at all if Vengeance tried to break up with A.I without A.I's permission.
Galatea - The epitome of the Victorian perception of outsiders as savage warriors. They are primitive in every way, which is a huge turn-off for A.I. True, A.I would be interested in her stuff like her land and resources, but her personality is just so icky. Too savage, too primitive, too bad.
Ravunya - Again, her stuff wouldn't be too bad to get, but her personality is just ew. Warrior-cultures are such a big turn-off, no matter who you are. Her success and power doesn't mean as much as Coryphaeus', so A.I doesn't pay as much attention to Ravunya. If Ravunya dares to mess with A.I though, it has another thing coming. A.I is all too eager to fight the country and take its spoils.
Ibaia - No problems with her, surprisingly enough. Perhaps because she hasn't done anything silly or mean yet. Her technology is somewhat impressive, if not underused. Her quiet and apathetic behavior is very attractive, and makes her seem like she has a lot of potential to be a good friend. Maybe after a few modifications, of course; have you seen her? She could do with some improvements, make her more competent. That would be good, to have a good, competent friend at your command.

Galatae
(NOTE: This only reflects on Claudia's opinion, and does not in any way represent how her men see the other countries.)
Arkady - Haaaaaate. This is mainly because of Claudia's intense loathing of Slythe himself. While she recognizes that Slythe must have done some impressive feats in the past to be able to act as he does today, she still thinks of him as having more talk than mettle, and does not think highly at all of his country. The fact that Slythe greatly reminds Claudia of the former rulers of Galatae doesn't do him many favors either.
Coryphaeus - Claudia has an odd sense of understanding towards this nation, seeing as they're both highly proud with an emphasis on strength. This does not mean that Claudia likes Coryphaeus at all, though. On the contrary, she has fierce feelings of rivalry towards it, and will likely not be satisfied until somehow, one of their nations is proven better than the other. Also, the fact that Coryphaeus keeps slaves deeply angers Claudia and the rest of the Galateans, many of whom have lingering resentment towards slavery, for good reason.
Ibaia - Neutrality. Claudia doesn't know anything about Ibaia, and thinks of their needs and values as being on an entirely separate plane from her own. Has a "don't mess with my shit and I won't mess with yours" attitude currently.
Ravunya - Like Ibaia, pretty neutral. As of right now, Claudia doesn't see a need to get the nation involved with her personal agenda. She respects the clear warrior pride that Ravunya has shown, however.
Regala - While Matthias made an incredibly poor first impression, because of recent events Claudia feels a sense of camaraderie with the little king, and genuinely has an interest in the development of both the nation and its ruler. As of right now, Regala is the only nation she has any sort of good intentions for, which is why she was willing to overlook actions that would have caused war should any other nation have done them.
Vengeance - Claudia honestly doesn't even think of Vengeance as a real country. Rather, she sees it as nothing more than a worthless collection of farmers, waiting for someone with any sense of power to sweep them up and dominate them. Because of the rigid Galatean values, she does not have any respect for Roderick's methods, just as she can't even really understand them, nor does she wish to. But that certainly doesn't mean all those in her kingdom feel the same way...

I really like Sprite's idea. Of course, this'll be tentative based on various situations but I could see it being used for most of the battles.
I'll definitely edit this tomorrow afternoon when I'm more alert. For your sakes now, I'm going to present Regala's current stance in one word on each of these countries. These opinions are a combination of Matthias and another representative.
Edited.
Arkady - Very negative. Matthias generally is afraid of and hates Arkady. His benefactors see Arkady's control over his people as problematic to their mission.
Coryphaeus - Negative. Matthias does not appreciate the way its people and prisoners are treated. His benefactors see the country as a combination between Arkady and Ravunya, having negative traits of both of them.
Galatea - Positive. Matthias is scared of Claudia, but appreciates the time she took to share her experiences with him. He never expected she would ever consider him an ally. His benefactors hope Galatea's general inexperience with science and technology will boost superstition and confidence in Regala's power.
Ibaia - Slightly Positive. Matthias admires Sable but is still too unaware of Ibaia's history. If he knew, like his benefactors did, he might change his mind about his opinions.
Ravunya - Neutral / Slightly Negative. Matthias genuinely admired Prince Luan of Ravunya at first. He thought him to be a role model, as the Ravunyan was initially unaware of his heritage but did, what Matthias thought, was the best he could do. He was unimpressed by their first meeting but the young king is hoping Luan might prove him wrong. His benefactors find Ravunya's aggressive attitude to be dangerous to their mission if used against them.
Regala - Neutral. The small merchant country would have been another boring island, forgotten in history if not for the attacks by Karura. Rather than putting the powerhouse and otherwise fallen, child king out of his misery, his benefactors have decided to encourage poor behavior and abuse of power to rouse tensions with other countries.
Vengeance - Very Positive. The kindness shown by Roderick has put Vengeance in a very good standing with Matthias and his benefactors. They see the success brought on by Vengeance as something that could be used to promote further change.

Coryphaeus
There really isn't anyone to make decisions for Cory, since Liene took the dive in the worlds biggest pile of cocaine and is now as high as a kite it only leaves Velnius, who is nothing but a dumb kid.
However as it came apparent in the meeting itself Liene didn't care for any of the other nations and not much has changed, so they are pretty much neutral towards all of the others, expect for whoever they blame for the explosion.
Oh and the only potential ally for Cory is Ravunya, for several reasons.

Vengeance
Coryphaeus - Bad news. The name of Coryphaeus carries much weight in the world, and with it much fear. While Vengeance looks to ally, trade, and culturally exchange with everybody, Coryphaeus seems not only disapproving and unapproachable on such matters, but even violently antagonistic. Arrogance or dismissal is one thing, but violent xenophobia bordering hatred is another. It would be best to share the world, but this country and its people seem not only opposed to sharing it, but even hint towards an acceptance of enslavement or extermination of anyone not them. Whether or not they are capable of such a feat doesn't matter; it's the thought that counts.
Regala - Potential lifelong friends. The name of Regala carries much weight in the world, and with it much sadness. A reemerging people having gone through a past hardship of their own, and struggling to find their place in the world. In a way, Vengeance sees itself in this country and would love to help out in whatever way it could, and not only because of what they can both gain from such an exchange. Now, if only Regala would ask for help...
Ravunya - An interesting neighbor, perhaps friend even. The name of Ravunya carries a lot of weight in the world, and with it much respect. It's hard to doubt a country that exists and maintains strength let alone stability in the New World, and these people are a hardy and fierce lot. It seems they all have a fire of destiny burning within them, the sort that changes the world. Vengeance would love to approach with relations, and perhaps it can help change the world as well? Ravunya is like that kid you watch run off to do great things and make something of himself, and Vengeance would love to tag along. Lord knows just watching is fun enough.
Galatae - Bad memories. The name of Galatae does not carry much weight in the world, but it does mean solidarity. Monarchy, a Queen. A strong monarchy at that, which people have faith in. That it is not a particularly friendly or nice monarchy, and already there are too many similarities to old Myrysaea for comfort. In Galatea, Vengeance sees the past, and all the suffering and regrets that went with it. It is not their place to act or say, but Claudia and her reign are basically everything the revolution fought against, and had they their way such things would not exist in the world. Vengeance would not be opposed to lending a hand to Galatae, helping it to increase its standing in the world and to improve commerce and trade, but it seems so self-assured that help wouldn't even be considered. As for an alliance, most people of Vengeance would not be happy with one, and all would be uncomfortable. Again, nothing really bad about the country itself, just the associated perceptions of it.
Arkady - A wonderful benefactor, if only they weren't so arrogant or mean. The name of Arkady Industries carries much weight in the world, and with it much promise. After having emerged from a bloody revolution with terrible conflict and suffering fresh on everyone's minds, peace and security are perhaps the chief concerns of Vengeance and its citizens. Of course the country is no pushover, but anything that could contribute or bolster their strength is welcomed. For the common people, Arkady Industries provides valuable and favorable products, perhaps a bit outdated but certainly exotic if not luxurious by their standards. For the military, Arkady Industries provides a whole new avenue of possibilities in terms of technology and prowess, completely outside of what they are used to. For the government, Arkady Industries provides a world of possibilities. They couldn't care less about the products or the technology, but the connections are what matters. If there's one thing Vengeance is good at, it's commerce and trade. Already operating on a wide scale, adding range of influence A.I. has, and it would expand to a global scale. Certainly Arkady Industries would welcome the kind of optimization and efficiency Vengeance brings to the table, and Vengeance in turn welcomes the chance to help improve. Together, these two powerhouses could become a major superpower in the world; now if only Arkady Industries wasn't so sinister in nature. In relation to a war, chances are that under most circumstances, Vengeance would simply ally with Arkady Industries without a second thought because of the relationship they already share in conjunction with signed contracts. However, in the case that the two countries were not on the same side, Vengeance would hope that Arkady Idustries didn't take it personally as the last thing they would want is for a breaking of the relationship and contracts. Perhaps, they might just recognize a war and opposition as a friendly competition of sorts, and be able to maintain their friendship?
Ibaia - Trepidation. The name of Ibaia does not carry much weight in the world, but it does mean permanence. Something which, understandably, Vengeance seeks. Even the former kingdom of Myrysaea was not older than two hundred years by the greatest estimates, while Vengeance is not even a fraction of a percentage as old as that. And yet, there Ibaia has stood for at least a thousand years. Perhaps out of curiosity, or perhaps out of envy, people and representatives of Vengeance have been amongst the many thieves and looters that plague the Metal Vale. While Ibaia is willing to give away its knowledge and resources to anyone and everyone, there are some things which it keeps secret, and it is these things which those of Vengeance believe the new country needs. Strangely enough or perhaps ironically enough however, the people of Ibaia seemed to have not realized anything of what has been going on, and merely lumped all the thieves and looters into one category. Vengeance fears that by dipping it's hands too deeply in the Metal Vale's pockets, it will eventually wake up and realize the truth. An alliance would not be unwelcomed, however it would certainly be wracked with guilt.
Vengeance - War is the last thing Vengeance wants, but coming fresh out of a revolution, it is something people are familiar and experienced with. If anything, this is a chance to expand influence, and to test the country in its infancy. If it can survive this, then it can last.
---
Ibaia
Coryphaeus - A people of great pride, whom seek perfection, their efforts seldom matched. Ibaia shares similarities with Coryphaeus in it's pursuit of perfection, however this country is the result of a dark turn for the worse, and sits at the opposite end of the spectrum. Ibaia would find perfection for enlightenment, both in the pursuit of it and the end result. Coryphaeus would find perfection for superiority, to show it off and stand above all else because of it. If perfection is something that can be attained, Ibaia uses it for self understanding, to attain solace in accomplishment. Coryphaeus uses it to exert their own attempted perfection, to force it outwards upon others and erase that which does not fall under their perception of what should and should not be. Indeed, they try to walk the path of perfection, but leave only ruin in their wake. While Ibaia would be happy to offer assistance to the county, it is doubtful if Coryphaeus would even want it.
Regala - A people of great perseverance, whom seek stability, but at what cost? Before the incident that turned much of the country to dust, Regala was an eminent merchant nation. Now that, for lack of a better term, the slate has been wiped clean how will it proceed? Will it return to its old ways or adopt new ones? In the past Ibaia may have had a more formal and solid stance towards Regala, however now it is a curious land. A place of constant change and development, in flux, its goals and motivations unknowable. Like history in the making, it seems that the fate of the country depends upon the young ruler, whom himself is quite conflicted. It would be better to watch and wait before jumping to conclusions and forming an opinion of Regala in this time of turmoil. While Ibaia would be happy to offer assistance to the recovering country, for what use would a place like that have for some metal and the unhelpfully specific knowledge of how to work with it? There seems like a million and one things Regala would need right now, before it needed Ibaia's help.
Ravunya - A people of great honor, whom seek respect, their efforts admirable though perhaps a bit misguided. Although those of Ravunya put their hearts and minds into everything they do, they are confined by what they identify as. So much wasted potential on the notion of a proud nation of warriors, when it could be a proud nation of craftsmen. They have better resources and a larger influence than most, and they have that ambition and drive that Ibaia lacks. Why then, only swords and armor? Perhaps they are merely products of their location, as the New World is not a kind or forgiving place. While Ibaia would be happy to offer assistance to the country, it seems that the Ravunyans are content with everything they have and everything they do.
Galatae - A people of great ambition, whom seek their place in the world, a place not undeserved. Ibaia shares similarities with Galatae in being a small, singular country of purpose and resolve, tending to focus inwardly rather than outwardly. That is where the similarities end however, as Ibaia has always looked out at the world with disinterest, while in recent times Galatae has been looking out at the world with desire. While Ibaia would be happy to offer assistance to the emerging country, Galatae does not seem willing to change their ways.
Arkady - A people of great cunning, whom seek to spread their influence everywhere, regardless of whether or not everywhere is welcoming of their influence. The people of Vitoria spend too much time and effort on looking outwardly and not enough on improvement. If Arkady Industries would look upon Ibaia with prying eyes with the hopes of learning secrets and taking resources, then it really is lacking in its prospects. It could be so much more if it wasn't so busy concentrating on so much less. Maybe then it wouldn't look to a blasted wasteland ruin of a country with the intent of exploitation, and it would instead be Ibaia looking upon Victoria with want. As well they would probably try to impose their rule over the Metal Vale, which while not unwelcomed, would simply be impossible. Then, chances are they would attempt via force or some other means, and then things would become a right mess. While Ibaia would be happy to offer assistance to the company, Arkady Industries would likely reach to take more than it could grasp.
Vengeance - A people of great harmony, whom seek to unite the world, and make everyone the same. In Vengeance there are no kings, no politicians, no rulers, just citizens. This may be problematic if they ever seek to expand and press their influence and beliefs upon others, because such a system would simply not function in Ibaia. Otherwise, as a people and a nation Vengeance seems quite competent. Strange really, that in only a couple of years the country was not only able to recover from near-total ruin, but actually prosper and advance far in excess of what it ever had. Then again, is that anything to judge them over? If anything it's admirable that they were able to pull off such a miraculous and or otherwise supernatural feat in so short a time frame and with no outside help. This accomplishment only stands to prove the level of unity and cooperation that the people of Vengeance share. While Ibaia would be happy to offer assistance to the new country, it seems that there is nothing it really can offer; at least nothing that Vengeance doesn't already have or know, even relating to knowledge thought to have been secret and known only to the Metal Vale.
Ibaia - This would not be the first time the Metal Vale has had to fight a war, though almost exclusively it has always been on the defensive. The astoundingly few number of times it reached outside its own borers to fight, there are none alive today who even remember them. In a way it is a little strange because Ibaia likely has a drastically different view of the war than other countries. For as old as Ibaia is, this is just a passing trend, conducted by some young upstart nations. It has seen this kind of thing and these kind of problems before, and it will certainly see them again. Through and through it all though, the Metal Vale has always endured. The founder made it to last, and thus it has. Always sitting, always watching as the history and the world continues around it. It has faced bigger threats before than this world war, and it will see greater threats come to pass. That this time, it may once again have to step outside its borders, is nothing more than an odd detail.

Since I got really lazy with this last time so let's try this agian. Coryphaeus is mostly indifferent towards everyone, but I thought I should at least write a couple of paragraphs, like everyone else did.
Coryphaeus
Arkady Industries - Has some guts which is good, but not straight forward enough trying to just constantly provoke others instead of just getting to the point. A nation lead by a clueless idiot lost in his own delusional world. Has a lot of technology worth stealing and the people would probably make good slaves. Also very large empire so conquering it would give a lot of land to the kingdom of Coryphaeus.
Galatea - An upstart nation. Very eager to try to appear big and mighty, but really isn't nowhere near as important as they seem to think of themselves. Doesn't seem to have much worth stealing and the people appear to be too proud to submit for slavery. Only useful for the sake of achieving a perfect collection, has very little vallue by itself.
Ibaia - Very forgetable and thus not much to say. At least knows it's place and doesn't try to be more than it actually is. The people might be worth enslaving due to expertise in craftmanship, which might come in handy.
Ravunya - Has more common with Coryphaeus than the rest of the nations present, however not really extreme enough, which shows signs of weakness not willing to push their ideals far enough. For some reason disapproves of slavery. Only potential ally. If as an enemy might have some technology worth stealing, the people would probably not submit to slavery though.
Regala - A total joke. Nation that got destroyed by just a handful of people and is ran by a kid who clearly has no business in being charge of anyone or anything. Probably doesn't have much worth pillaging, the people could be easy to get surrender and serve as slaves.
Vengeance - Like Ibaia seems to know it's place and doesn't try to be more than it is. Seems to have some technology worth stealing. The willingness of the people to submit to slavery is very hard to cauge.
Coryphaeus - Glorious master race and the center of the universe. Invincible and will crush everyone who dares to challenge them.

Excellent job with these guys, I think reading all of these will give us all an excellent understanding of how the nations are all viewing each other at the moment. On another note, masterful move by Kylor, with his latest post the sides are beginning to materialize. Assuming Matthias does accept Claudia's invitation and everything proceeds as is, I imagine that the situation of the war will begin to look like this. Side A Arkady Industries Side BGalatae Regala Side CRavunya These are the only nations I am pretty sure of. Arkady obviously wants to go to war with Regala and Galatae at this point. Galatae has extended an alliance to Regala, with whom they are possibly on the best terms with at this meeting [hooray for ClaudiaxMatty shipping]. And Ravunya will naturally move to oppose AI, but also Regala, putting them as the third side to this shaping war. From here I guess it depends on you guys to decide where your nations will fall, you can choose a side, or even just choose to have your nation become their own Side, as a neutral party, or with the attitude of 'opposition to all'.

fc05.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2010/015/7/3/Grand_Line_One_Piece_by_Giamini.jpg (You can zoom in on this one, very helpful, maybe more so than first pic, although they are same pic) That is the world map there, courtesy of CJ. Here is what you do. You right-click that pic, hit Save As, open it up with Paint or Photoshop, and outline your territory, maybe color it in too to be clearer or something. And then you upload that pic, maybe through Photobucket, rather simple site, free. There will probably be a lot of questions on this. I'm not doing A.I territory marks until later (unless it turns out that everyone wants me to do it first), sorry, so you guys start marking up that map.

I think we should establish some turn order in which we do this, so that we can have one giant map that everyone edits, rather than several that people need to update.

Alliances. What are they?!
Also you shuld probably just follow Kylor's example and get your alliances in order through the post-meeting posts.

I think the only unaligned country right now is Ibaia. Everyone else already has a team.
As for the meeting posts, I figured people could settle their issues in their home countries. Then, when the war starts, people could post one another in relation to the alliances. Like Matty and Claudia meeting before a battle.
