I have no least favorite character out of my own characters, especially since I have just FOUR in the OPRP, with two of them being NPCS, one of those NPCs not being revealed beyond the profile yet. I like them all, but I have realized that they are all masked sociopaths. Heck, when I was given the opportunity to create my own empire/nation, I made Victoria, the heart of it, a land of masked sociopaths without even realizing it. In fact, I did not realize my character pattern until Ky mentioned it, saying that all my characters have masks, in an offhand joke in Skype. I am interested as to why I subconsciously/unintentionally make the whole "masked sociopath" thing every time, but I hope it's not a bad thing.
As for sharing my RP experiences with other people, sometimes I mention it if the topic comes up. They don't mind.
As for what inspired me to create my characters and their abilities? Hm...
I'm not sure what inspired the character and abilities for Mr. Dark.
I'm not sure what inspired the character and "abilities" for Shroud Demon.
I'm not sure what inspired the character and abilities of Slythe or Vezenor.
A door swung open on the main deck with a loud CREAK and from the depths of the ship came the boogeyman. The sun was shining, the skies were clear, and the whole of the flat deck of the ship was bathed in warm light. In such conditions, the man in black looked very odd, almost uncomfortable. In such light, he was moving monolith of darkness. He saw Takai and Kizuna on the main deck and walked towards them with little sound or hostility.
He had been analyzing Takai's abilities in combat ever since he first saw him, and to that day his "magic", if it could be called that, had been a source of interest and confusion. Mr. Dark, being a doctor, tended to be a man of science, at least in his methods and mannerisms. When he saw Takai manipulating light and darkness, he did not see spectacles of supernatural skill; he saw the manipulation of molecules and UV ray. He himself had analyzed his own powers begotten from the Devil Fruit long ago, and now saw his transfer of fear as a chain of reactions of hormones and glands and various parts of the brain, which the fruit allowed him to cause at any time. Takai's magic, however, could not be so easily dissected, especially through nothing but observation. Takai held great power and Mr. Dark needed to know what it was.
The man in black stopped in front of Takai and Kizuna and spoke to them in his usual emotionless voice, successfully hiding any traces of curiosity or hunger in his voice.
"Greetings, Takai and Kizuna. I have a question to ask of you two, you in particular, Mr. Meian. I along with the others on board this ship have seen you use your 'magic', which I may wrongfully assume is the correct term, for quite a while, you have used it in many skilled and interesting ways. Such abilities are unlike anything I had ever seen before meeting you two. I know that you two are of something like mythical origin or at least something that is unlike most of the world. I have no knowledge of your magic and I am curious of how it works.
Are light and dark magic actually each connected to a certain moral alignment, such as dark magic naturally being the tool of evil? I see that you can use both, but it seems as if doing so is not normal for beings such as yourself. Furthermore, how do you use magic? Do your thoughts simply manifest themselves in the forms of magic, or is something else entirely?
Finally, is magic something only available to those of mythical origin? Is magic something that only a few are born with or something that only a few can harness? Would it be possible for one to be taught or learn the ways of such ability? One such as...myself, for example?"

That gag is NEVER going to get old. NEVER. Huh. Thinking about what inspired me to make characters is pretty difficult. Kusu, as some people know, came about when I saw the sound effect "Kusu" in a Shonen Jump magazine. I talked to Yamakaze about a different kind of character (the whole Tori thing) and I love playing younger characters, so it just kind of happened. I talked about Hil a little earlier here but I always liked the idea of cursed weapons. Hito's original idea was that the swordsman's will was so strong, he lived on through the sword. Of course, I squandered that idea and made it so that if the swordsman died, their soul was trapped inside of it, replacing the previous inhabitant. I always liked playing weaker characters so I sort of changed that idea when Hito handed over the reins. Having a swordsman die from a bullet to the head seemed all the more tragic... but again, I'm pretty sure Hito intended for him to die from a sword. Eh. I'm sorry, Hito. I came up with the Andersons for my first arc. I came up with Connor's witch powers when I needed him to have a connection with the witch of the island's past. It was imperitave for the group to get Connor to the Crystal Door. Yes, I did one of THOOOOOOSE quests. Beth and her powers were there to ensure a building would not be destroyed. We had some pretty crazy characters back then so I had to make sure they wouldn't ruin certain aspects of the arc. The Smith twins were made because I thought it'd be funny to have characters named Smith living with the Andersons. Fate and the Funky Bunch, just plain cool. That is all. HEHEHHHHHHH. Yeah, those were the days of revealed SECRETS. I'd never share that, though.

The inspiration for Hito was just a random swordsman character. Nothing really special about him.
For Wolf, I was inspired by a mix of Bartholomew Kuma, the Pascifista, and Hulk from the marvel comics. Combining those two have created a really fun interesting character for me to play.

Takai, startled a little by Mr. Dark's appearance, scratched the back of his head, chuckling.
"Well, we never really referred to my powers as 'magic', we call it an ability or power, nothing more, nothing less. And, well, Light and Darkness are found in every being, and thus, so is Chaos, all three in varying amounts, though, it all depends on the being in question. Even the Black Dragons, the Dragons with the power over Darkness, have some Light in them. A being cannot be all Light or all Darkness, it is simply not possible. It is possible there are other beings somewhere with similar abilities, but only the Sky, Black and Chaos Dragons can actually achieve complete mastery over these forces, as they represent them in this world.
Funny thing, humans are actually THE beings with the most Chaos in them aside from Chaos Dragons. It's just that Chaos is a force nearly impossible to control unless you are born with the ability. Note I said 'control', as with enough mental discipline, one can 'persuade' Chaos to work for you, which results in the 'Chaos Magic' Kaosu mentioned. Usage of Chaos Energies comes close to hacking reality, limited only by ones imagination. You can imagine how dangerous it could be in the wrong hands. It doesn't work on other beings of Chaos, though, so I am safe, heh.
Light represents Good and Darkness represents Evil... Tch, a common misconception thought up by humans. Remember, humans fear what they do not understand, hate what they fear and seek to destroy what they hate. Quick to judge, quick to anger, slow to understand. Ignorance, prejudice, and fear walk hand in hand. Light and Darkness have no moral alignment, they just ARE. It's the humans who have an alignment in the grand scheme. They see the warm and inviting Light and shun the cold shroud of Darkness and those who dwell in it. True, if one wanders too far into the Darkness, they fall into it and lose sight of themselves and their sanity, but one can just as easily be blinded by the Light and lose sight of the truth. Look at the Crusades, they killed countless innocents in the name of their God, represented by Light, not something you'd associate with a 'good' force, right? The Darkness can be your ally as well, for it can hide you from those who wish you harm. Light or Darkness doesn't matter, what really counts is that you don't lose sight of yourself, and that's what many fail at. Both are fed by emotions, both negative and positive, it all depends on which force you are more inclined to.
And you're partially right, my powers do respond to my thoughts somewhat, mostly unconscious things like self-healing. Most of my techniques require active thought and guidance, even though I already mastered Light and Darkness. Calling out the name isn't necessary but it helps in visualizing what I want it to do, sometimes I may use an actual chant to make my intention even clearer, though that's reserved mostly for the more powerful techs of either side. I'm told that control will come to me easier once I unlock my Chaos Powers and even more so once I fully master them, which won't happen all too soon, though.
Er, as I said, my abilites aren't magic in the traditional sense, even though they seem to be. It's somewhat of a spoiler to my future abilites, but as it prolly won't come up in the RP, I can tell ya. Once my powers come into full bloom, and not just my Chaos Powers, I'll be able to create a 'seed' of Chaos, if you will. I can plant this seed into someone, unlocking their Chaos potential. They gain control over both Light and Darkness, though how they use it is all up to them. They can choose to discard one and focus on the other if it's better suited to their fighting style. If they choose to keep both, there is the option of gaining actual Chaos controlling abilites, though it's be VERY hard to master, as it's a given ability instead of a natural. And since the seed is only a copy of my powers they won't reach the same level. They'll come close, but not quite get there.
As for you, you do have both the mental discipline and the necessary alignment to tap into the powers of Darkness. What your trigger could be, I cannot tell you, it's different for everyone. Remember, don't lose yourself in the Darkness, and you'll be fine."

This question is for Slythe Arkady;
Sup loser. How in the ruddy hell do you have a corporate empire, now that you know what the world looks like?

Got another one, for Claudia;
For a country such as Galatae, which has never gone beyond its borders, what is the state of your navy. More importantly, do the people of Galatae even know how to traverse the Grand Line with it's strange and different form of navigation? The log poses seem to be a pretty important thing that people get only by traveling around (or countries that have traveled around).

The log poses seem to be a pretty important thing that people get only by traveling around (or countries that have traveled around). "While it is true that our people are not experienced in the ways of traveling to the distant lands, that does not mean we do not have the means of doing so. While we do have a good number of longboats that can take a small amount of men great distances, our mightiest naval weapon in the Gunnthra, a mighty ship made by the ancestors of the Acis family years ago. For hundreds of years, the Gunnthra has not tasted the open seas, but it is still ready to embark at any time, and is capable of carrying the majority of my forces. As for how we'd navigate, while it's true we haven't ventured far, that does not mean we've been closed off for all these years. Travelers come and go from our island, and we've obtained a good number of modern navigational supplies off of them. So yes, I know all about your Log Poses, may there not be any further confusion about that. It's disgraceful how much people these days doubt our competence..."

What's your character's favorite food? Drink? Lynwood: "Ooh, are we having a feast? Well, my favorite food is and always will be venison, especially if I hunted it myself. No seasonings, thank you. As for drink, any good strong, simple ale."Morrison: I like bird, myself. The more exotic, the better. Cooked or uncooked, I do not care, but I like for it to be as fresh as possible. As for drink, just water for me. It's not good for cats to have anything else.Camellia: "Earl Grey and buttered scones! No sugar in the tea."Finnegan: "Biscuits, and Ceylon tea with a single spoonful of sugar."Claudia: "Beef stew, and any hearty mead."Elvia: "Meat pies and white mead."Leberecht: "Pomegranate served with honey, and any kind of sweet-tasting wine for the drink."Bowdren: "Pheasant and brandy."Oskar: "Boar meat. I don't drink alcohol, so water will do."Gotz: "Veal and brandy."Alaric: "Manchet with strawberry jam for food, wine for drink."Mairenn: "Currant Cake and cider."Sindri: "Fish, and whatever sort of mead Valdis is serving at the Prenzie Guard!"Antal: "Any food and drink I share with friends is the kind I like best!"Valdis: "Lentil soup and sack mead."Perry: "Spaghetti and whiskey. A real man's dinner."Wow, everyone seems to be doing a lot of heavy drinking tonight. I hope Finnegan and Oskar are willing to be designated drivers.

Kalen's favorite food is crab, as mutton would be cannibalism. Drinkwise would have to be soda, as it's completely baffling to him, a "drink with air in it!"
Kaede's favorite food is ramen, with iced tea to drink.
Asuza's favorite food is a liquid nutrient slurry through a straw, as that's all he can "eat".
Sable's favorite food and drink is bread and water.
Jack's favorite food is revenge, served cold, with a glass of irony on the side.
SAM IS DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD

Kusu: Broccoli, drenched in cheese. Chocolate milk. Hil: Tuna sushi. Half lemonade, half iced tea. Connor: Many different things. He tends to prefer red meat with a fine wine. Beth: Broccoli, drenched in cheese. Chocolate milk. Wait, what. Uzo: Peanut butter and jelly. Chocolate milk. Fate: Chocolate protein shake. March: Vanilla protein shake. Gracie: Strawberry protein shake. Stacy: Panda Shark meat. Sea water. Matthias: Mashed potatoes. White grape juice. Ward/Owl: Spaghetti. Tequila.
NEXT QUESTION:
Your characters are dumb Bleach Shinigami. What is their Zanpakuto's name and what is its power/BANKAIIII?

Mr. Dark: Doesn't eat, injects himself with things. Water.
Shroud Demon: Strawberry cake with lots and lots of sprinkles. Orange juice.
Slythe Arkady: Sea King steak and red wine.
Vezenore: Any kind of steak. Water.
BAAAAANNKAAAAAIIII
Mr. Dark's Zanpakuto is (dont know any japanese) called Absolute Justice. It's bankai has it shoot unending streams of fire and can create a massive inferno in a matter of seconds.
Shroud Demon's Zanpakuto is Absolute Justice. It can turn into a massive and unbreakable shield that is still easy to carry around. It can also turn into an unbreakable suit of armor.
Slythe's Zanpakuto is Divine Wrath. It can have lasers come out of nothing and shoot towards the opponent in unlimited numbers and of course, at the speed of light.
Vezenore's Zanpakuto is Final War. Everyone in a mile-radius has 500% more speed, power, etc, but it changes every weapon into an iron sword or a simple, iron version of whatever weapon the person had.

Takai: A sucker for sweets, but you'll get him with any kind of pasta. Drink: Ginger Ale. Kizuna: Fried tofu and kitsune udon (cliché, I know). Drink: Apple Cider.
------------------------------------------
Kizuna's Zanpakuto would be "Tamamo-no-Mae", the nine-tailed fox spirit from ancient japanese folklore. Shikai is nothing but a power-up to all of her abilities, but the Bankai is named "Tamamo-no-Mae: Sesshou-Seki no Hoji". Tamamo becomes Hoji, the Killing Stone'S spirit. Kizuna gains the ability to sense negative emotions and becomes undying while Bankai is active. Any wounds will have to be closed before ending it, or she will die.
Takai would have several options:
"Leviathan", a water-elemental zanpakuto rivaling Ryuujin Jakka (hey, Leviathan is THE embodiment of water, after all). In Shikai it has the ability to control water in all of it's forms and can even draw it from the air itself, using it to guard, in high-pressure attacks and more. Bankai is named "Daikaiou Leviathan". All abilities are strengthened, becoming strong enough to flood a major city if unleashed at max power, and control isn't limited to water, but all liquids except bodily fluids still in a living body (would be too OP, IMO).
"Nyx", a zanpakuto enabling it's wielder to see the lines of fate around them while in Shikai. Only small things can be manipulated, meaning nothing like death and such, and only after certain conditions are met, but enough to be a threat. "God-Queen Nyx" calls upon the children of Nyx to aid the wielder: Thanatos, Eris, Hypnos and others, though only two at a time, maximum.
An unamed Zanpakuto that splits into the twin zanpakutos "Erebus" and "Aether" during Shikai, representing Light and Darkness, basically a zanpakuto version of his powers, and combines into the zanpakuto "Messiah" during Bankai, a purely defensive Bankai, creating nigh-unbreakable barriers, healing even the most grievous wounds and capable of warding off evil spirits and demons.
A liitle much, I know, but that question woke my muse...
